The entire staff was extremely helpful and made great efforts to ensure my experience was top of the line. Everyone represented Audi well and made sure to enhance the feeling and luxury of not only the vehicle, but the brand. Everything from the presentation to my treatment was in a grand scale. I had filled out a credit application early in the morning before the shop was even opened and within minutes Johnny Azoulay, the sales manger, and Brian Sarabia contacted me. The entire staff knew I was on limited time and did everything possible to expedite my purchase and trade in; by the time I got to the dealership, everything was prepared. Jeremy Bullock was in front of the dealership waiting for me to greet me, which was a nice surprise. He and Johnny made sure I was well taken care of throughout my time waiting. Everyone treated me with open arms and communicated every detail. They met every expectation and went above and beyond, in my opinion. Pablo was very helpful and ensured I understood everything about my contract. Throughout my visit, every person that was working with me ensured I was confortable and checked if I needed anything whatsoever. They were cognizant of my time restraint so made sure to update me on where everythig was during the process. I was able to purchase the car I wanted within an hour on a really busy day. I would return for another future purchase hair because of these guys!!!

Wonderful car! Excellent experience while you driving, its very smooth. Besides Pros, cons are No touch screen and no remote start in this car Make.

We lost two vehicles to Hurricane Erma in 2017, a F-150 and an Audi A4.
In need of a new vehicle we opted for a Certified 2016 Audi Q5 Premium Plus. The performance is not as good as the A4, but the Q5 is more useful, since we have only one vehicle instead of two. The Q5 had 23000 miles, and came with 6 yr 100,000 mi extended warranty. We have had for over a year and all is well we have no problems, save for the 35,000 mi service and 2 recall repairs.
Pete was very knowledgeable and professional, I will recommend his services and the dealership to all my friends and family. If you are in the market for an Audi go see Pete.

I've owned Mercedes, Porche's & BMW's...was intent on buying a Volvo and purchased an Audi. The Q5 had me at "Hello". Love the ride, handling, package options and understated elegance. *Reliability rated"Good" only because I have only had the vehicle 5 days.
He was pleasant to work with, and very attentive. Not only did he provide great service for our car purchase here, he also made an adjustment to our other car purchase from another dealership, which the other dealership didn't do. We highly recommend working with Pete.

New 2016 Audi Q5 TDI
Purchased a new 2016 Audi Q5 Diesel that was recently released after the EPA approved Audi's "fix".
The vehicle is very refined and has lot's of power.
It does suffer from significant turbo lag post fix, however, the power and fuel economy compensates for the turbo lag.
Best measured tank is 34 mpg and worst is 26 mpg. Technology is dated or missing compared to 2018 compact mainstream suvs, but the refinement makes up for it.
My experience at Circle Audi was wonderful. Jeff Peck is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and above all, not pushy. I arrived with a price point and he met it! He made it a priority to walk me through all the gadgets of my new car. My boyfriend was also very happy with his service (and he is a tough one to please). He said, ???Jeff is the type of guy who I want have a cup of coffee with, and pick his brain. He is a very wise man???. He is even considering an Audi in the next year, even though he just purchased a new car less than a year ago. Lastly, the process was quick. I was out of there in less than 2 hours!
Best SUV I've owned.

My 3rd SUV in the past 15 years. I Love this SUV the best. Very stylish, smooth ride and have all the features I need.
After an exhaustive search for a new vehicle. We noticed Circles online offer for a new SQ5 so reached out the next day. All seemed inline with our expectations so we went to check out the offer. Upon arriving Jeff asked that we work with Rachael. She took us for a spin, showed us all of the options on the car and allowed us to pick a color. The sales process took a little time but it was non threatening and easy. We knew where we wanted to be and they we able to make it happen. They kept us up to date the entire time we were in the store and kept checking to make sure we were comfortable. The staff was very pleasant and Rachael did a great job taking care of us while we were there. She was very knowledgeable on the cars and I very much respected that. Finance was very easy as well. It was a low pressure situation and Lizandro was excellent. So easy and welcoming to just make the process simple. Looking forward to enjoying our car and revisiting Circle Audi when the time comes again. The more time I spend in this car, I know we made the right choice. I???ll be working with Circle when the time comes again.
My husband and I were only going to be in town for about 24 hours and needed to buy a new car so we contacted Circle Audi a few days before hand to make an appointment with Pete Smith. Understanding how crunched for time we were, Pete worked with us over the phone to help narrow down what we were looking for in our new car so he could make the most of the little time we had. He even came to pick us up from the airport!! In the end we drove away with a beautiful new Q7 at an awesome price! Pete was the best and we couldn???t be happier!
Jeff Peck made the lease transaction really easy, from his astonishing responsiveness to email inquiries to his follow through after completing the lease. Shoutout to finance manager last name Malik for quick efficient handling of paperwork and ZERO BS high pressure upsale nonsense once I declined addons.

I liked the used car and price that I was interested in buying. However, the dealership did not offer me enough trade in allowance for the vechele that I wanted to trade in.

I've owned over 30 cars, mostly luxury and this is by far the best overall car/SUV. Quiet, fast, incredible craftsmanship and a blast to drive. Waite to review this car but after a year and a half and 35,000 miles (knocks on head) no problems!! Highly recommend this vehicle!!
I want to start off by saying this is the very best customer service I have ever experienced. It started off by emailing Kit Chieng, email@example.com late in the evening about a certified used car online. He responded quickly and quite a few times to answer all of my questions (even gave me the internet price via email). I emailed the following morning to let him know I was going to be there in about an hour. He told me was out that day but that Zorik Garibyan could help me.
My husband and I pulled up about 9:45am. I checked my email and saw that Kit asked if I could wait until about 10 as Zorik had an appointment. No problem, i thought, we can look around. When someone asked if I needed anything, I let them know I had an appointment with Zorik at 10 and they said "Oh let me get Taylor, he is going help you". I was surprised that the person I just happened to talk to in the parking lot knew I was coming. Taylor Ngo introduced himself, confirmed the car I was looking into and had someone look at my car for the trade in value while we took a test drive.
Taylor was amazing during the test drive, explaining all the extras in the car and allowing me to take all the time I needed for the drive. I knew I wanted it (2016 Q3 with 10k miles!). He took us to met Zorik but not before throwing my husbands trash away and getting us water. Zorik was so friendly that he made the numbers all seem so easy and painless! After the necessary time with Zorik we were taken to the lobby to enjoy the water/coffee/snacks while we waited for the finance guy. Taylor came to check on us and see if we needed anything and assured us the car was being cleaned and he would assist us with the removal of the items from our car to the new car. We met with Ricardo "Ricky" Orozco and signed all the paperwork. He was very nice and we enjoyed hearing about his work with Audi.
Taylor collected us and took us to our new car to show us some more items. It was sprinkling and I had to have my drivers side door opened while he showed me one or two things. He said I'll be right back and went to get a towel to dry off my door. WOW! He climbed in the back and continued to show us everything. Answered all our questions, gave us a beautiful box that held our key and another beautiful box with Audi leather key chains.
All in all, I felt like the most important person that ever walked in those doors by every single employee I encountered, even the sweet girl at the desk. My husband bought his GTI at the DTLA VW and he had amazing service there as well. We will make sure that DTLA VW and Audi is the only place we shop or recommend!

Great room for family and great to drive comfortably. Wanted the car to have light color interior and it was tan and white car exterior. Great car for the family.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
We just bought an Audi Q3 from Audi downtown LA. Our salesman Taylor Ngo and his supervisor Kit Chieng were very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. This was by far the most pleasant experience we have had a car dealership. I would definitely go back and recommend Audi Downtown LA!
