Bergey's Lincoln review
I recently purchased a 2023 Wrangler 4xe WILLYS and worked with Dustin, who was very helpful and PATIENT with me in my decision making. The Jeep had LOW Mileage and was Priced GREAT, and I was hesitant with making the 60+mile trip from DE, but I am so glad I did. Thanks again to Dustin and Brian for their assistance.

Audi Devon review
My wife and I had a great experience last weekend purchasing a car from Audi Devon. We were assisted throughout the process by a knowledgeable, courteous salesman, Cliff Corum, who helped us with the selection, answered our questions and handled all the details involved in trading in and purchasing a car from Audi Devon. Cliff provided putstanding customer service in an efficient and personal way. Also, Nathan Weisser, Finance Manager, handled the documentation and paperwork in a pleasant and professional manner. In just 24 hours, we drove away with a great A8L of our choice. Thanks to Cliff, Nathan and the entire Audi Devon team for a fantastic job well done! Gordon and Pat

I can’t say enough good things about buying a vehicle from this dealership. The sales people were all tied up, so I dealt directly with Leo and Frank who are managers. They were wonderful about everything and knew the history of the pre-owned vechile that I purchased. They have this supreme coffee machine which was confusing to work but the best coffee I ever had. And the little time that I had to wait, their facilities were so nice and clean that it made it enjoyable. Thank you again and I love my Q5!

I went to this location after totaling my brand new car and I was in need of a used car. I went in and enjoyed the process from start to finish. After meeting with a salesman for a little bit, I was able to walk around and check out the lot without someone hovering over my shoulder. Once I decided on my choice, all of the paperwork from start to finish was run right in front of me without any disappearing to a back room or talking to the manager. When I am in need of another used vehicle, this will definitely be my first stop!!

All the folks in the dearlership expressed a desire to help and were friendly. The Service department did a nice job and they cleaned the car to make it look quite nice.

I had a great experience working with Hernan at Autohaus Lancaster. He was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and made buying my new SQ8 incredibly easy. I was out of town for most of the transaction, but Hernan Diaz-Egg handled everything remotely, kept me updated, and got me the trade-in value I was hoping for. When I arrived at the dealership the next day, all of the paperwork was ready and the entire process was quick and efficient. No surprises, no pressure, and no wasted time. The level of communication and customer service was outstanding from start to finish. If you're looking for a straightforward, hassle-free car buying experience, I highly recommend working with Hernan and the team at Autohaus Lancaster.

Buying from here was a very solid experience. Everybody was so nice and wanted to take care of me. My salesman Hernan was especially kind and got me a great deal on my new Audi. Definitely the best car buying experience I’ve had.

Just purchased my second Audi from Hernan Diaz-Egg at Audi of Lancaster. "H" made the experience just as great as when I purchased my first Audi from him. They located the car I wanted at another dealership, gave me what I wanted for my trade and made the delivery as smooth as it could be. If you are in the market for an Audi, go see "H", he's a gentleman who treats his customers with respect!

I just by chance just got connected to Hernan Diaz- Egg, H for short, for the purposes of driving a 26 Q5. We set up an appointment. I liked the way the Q5 handledd but the exterior color was not my favorite. H is very professional and does not pressure you and he states "my job is to find you car that YOU want and not one that I want to sell you". He spent hours showing us various colors that were available and those at the port in Baltimore, but nothing got me excited. His patience is incredible and he did not give up in trying to match us up with the right car. I ended up purchasing a '26 SQ5 in Daytona Gray which he mentioned that was available. H is tuly a great person too and I consider him a friend who I have all my faith in. Contact if you are considering an Audi; you won't be sorry.

Autohaus Lancaster, Inc. review
I bought an RS3 from Hernan Diaz-Egg and it was easily the smoothest car-buying experience I've ever had. From the first phone call, he was receptive to exactly what I was looking for and didn't waste a minute of my time. No runaround, no games, no pressure. He was honest and showed real professionalism from start to finish. The whole transaction moved faster than I thought possible. If you're shopping and you want someone who respects your time and knows the product, ask for Hernan. Highly recommend.
