This was my first visit and I was very impressed. The dealership and service area are immaculate. The employees are professional, polite and welcoming. I especially liked that I was given an estimated time my car would be finished without having to ask. The service was finished early which made me even happier.

Ms. Carla Waddell took care of all my needs. She greeted me and made sure I was getting the service I came for. Carla kept in touch with me during the service and listed items I need to consider for future care of my automobile. The quality of service was excellent. Everyone was friendly and Ms. Waddell walked me to my car after the service was completed. I am very satisfied. Mr. Robin Exum / President, CEO Texas Alcoholism Foundation, Inc.

Beau Kelly did a follow up call post my recall. He resolved my heads up display issue and helped me resolve my user setting. Beau was so patient and stuck with it until the matter was fixed. I’m so happy either way this outcome. What excellent service. Thank you Beau and Audi Borth Houston.
2023 Audi Q5 review
A drivers car... power to weight ratio is great with a smooth power curve during acceleration. The sport seat option with ventilated seats are firm and comfortable and interior features are rich and functional; everything is where we want it to be which enhances the driving experience. The sales process at North Scottsdale Audi was the best ever experienced with professional sales rep, finance, service and even a technical rep who came to our home to answer our questions about the Q5... Wow! We've now broken in the vehicle with in town driving and a road trip and the more we drive the Q5 the more we like it.

Audi North Houston review
Audi in North Houston is my go to dealership! I’ve gotten two Audi vehicles and I’m so in love! I love the professionalism as well as attention to detail from the staff. They are always striving to do the best and I genuinely feel like they care about the customer. My sales rep was Callie and she was more than amazing. She is very kind, patient and thorough. Mr. Brett really helped me get the car that I wanted and Daisy is always very helpful whenever I need to take my car in to get serviced. Going to Audi North Houston is quite an experience. I highly recommend this dealership!
2023 Audi Q5 review
This is the quietest interior at 70 MPH that I have ever known. It is also very powerful and a joy to drive It handles like a sports car staying flat in turns at high speed and going exactly where you point it like it's glued to the road with no tire sequel . It's an amazing car and after owning more that 65 cars over the years this is by far the best.

We have never had such a smooth and pleasant time purchasing a new or used vehicle. Brent in finance got us over the line in what seemed record time. We would 100% recommend using this dealership.

EchoPark Automotive Houston review
First time purchasing at EchoPark. Julie was helpful and informative. She helped us test drive a couple cars and had all the info we needed. The least stressful experience I’ve had purchasing a car. Highly recommend EchoPark and ask for Julie!
