I inquired about a vehicle around 5:30in the morning and by 9:30 same day I received response. Unfortunately they sold the vehicle I was looking at the day before but advised me they received one very similar and she would let me know the price. Four hours later, true to her word she sent me an email. Didn't buy because it was not in the range I would like to pay.

So the wife and I were looking for a reliable vehicle to haul our family around in when my wife stumbled upon Bob Johnson certified collection. The vehicle had extremely low mileage and was basically brand new. For the price we could not justify buying a brand new vehicle after finding this one. I had an issue with my 2014 Volt. The car was hesitating while driving and then the check engine light came on. I immediately called The Service Dept. and asked if I could bring my car in. They told me to bring it in immediately, which I did. I was given a loaner car and they took in my car. Two days later I was given back my car and the best of all...no charge! Great Great service!!

A few months back I contacted David McAloose inquiring about a used S7. At the time David said there were none available. But David said he would inform me if one becomes available. I was driving a 2013 S6 so I wasn't in a big hurry. I did purchase the S6 from David and had a great experience which is why I contacted him again for my next car buying experience. On a Saturday morning a few weeks back David emailed and said we just got a 2016 S7 in. He gave me the specs and 3 hours later I was at the dealership. Feel in love with the S7 (hard to believe because I loved my S6). In a situation like this the dealer really has the upper hand. They know I want the car and could play hard ball. But not David or Garber Automotive. In the end I had my end goals around car price and trade-in and ended up really happy with where we landed. That says a lot about Garber and David. I will most definitely make my next car purchase with David. In addition to my car buying experience Garber's Service department is the best around. It far exceeded my expectations for a replacement SUV for my Cadillac Escalade! It was the Premium SUV by Audi which offered a loaded package which had low mileage.

I contacted the dealership in advance about the car I was interested in purchasing. A friendly associate confirmed its availability and then scheduled a test drive for me, and then re-scheduled it after my schedule changed. My Audi specialist, Will, was FANTASTIC- knowledgeable, friendly, enthusiastic and helpful. He felt honest and trustworthy as he advised me throughout the test drive and buying process. I got what I feel was an outstanding price for a 2018 Audi, with Will and team working with me to satisfy my car needs. I had no idea what to expect, as I'd never purchased a "luxury" car before, but in every way this was an excellent buying experience!

The 2016/2017 models were the bulk of my test driving. Ended up buying the 2016 Q5 2.0 Premium Plus with ~25k miles on it. Handled like a dream, technology package is great, and gets pretty good mileage. Certified Pre-Owned is the way to go as you can get original warranty as well as the comfort knowing that the car has undergone all of the relevant inspections. Overall great car with good price and resale value.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. The Transfer process was unfriendly. The vehicle I was interested in had to be released from My hold and I had to wait until it came back on the website to request s transfer.

Tim Carney, our salesman, is the most knowledgable Porsche-guy I have ever known. This is perhaps the twelfth car I have purchased from this dealership over the past 20+ years and most all staff members that I interact with have remained the same throughout all these years and despite the fact that the ownership of the establishment has changed. The new owners have completely renovated the facilities, but despite the fact that they are from out of state and did not know anyone working in the dealership at the time of purchase, they recognized good talent and have kept all the key employees. This is a review of my SELLING experience to Carvana. I listed my car on Craigslist and was approached by an outsider buyer named Jan. She introduced me to Carvana, which I never heard of before, and it's process. She was very helpful and walked me through the process. The first deciding factor for selling to them was that they offered me the best price (vs. CarMax, Auto Nation, Trur Car). Then I realized the process was super streamlined. All I had to do was upload my documents and, after approval, schedule an appointment for the pickup of my car. Carvana sent a truck to COME TO ME to pick up the car. The driver (Lauren?) was very courteous and pleasant to work with, too. The pickup process, which included a one-mile test drive, took no longer than 20-30 minutes. Immediately after loading my car to their truck, I was handed the check, which I immediately deposited without any issues. My selling experience from being contacted by buyer to getting the check took just 10 days! (Would've been even faster if I was more timely with uploading my docs.) I'd highly recommend Carvana for selling your cars!

Buying through Carvana was one of the best transactional experiences ever! I shopped for several months, test drove several cars to understand the models and features I was looking for. Then, boom, the car that matched come up in my search and I pulled the trigger. Within minutes, I had a value on my trade-in, purchased the car, (to include a very well priced extended warranty), and arranged for financing it through the Carvana website. And, while that was a very easy, non pressure experience, what made it really special was the delivery. Rachel, the Caravan rep, called me the day before the delivery to confirm, then called while in route to be sure not to leave me hanging. She was right on time, professional, and extremely upbeat. I had a genuine feeling that her priority was not only to deliver the car and pick up my trade in, but it was to make the final part of my experience a pleasure as well. Rachel was extremely knowledgeable of the process and did an excellent job of assuring I was informed of the "7 day, no questions asked, test drive" as well as the final paperwork to be processed. A few signatures and the trade-in was her's and the keys to 2014 BMW 535 were in my hands.

The car meets all my needs from a function standpoint plus it is fun to drive. It has great acceleration and body roll its negligible. Gas mileage is as advertised, which is exemplary for a car with this kind of performance. I was hesitant in buying a four cylinder engine in a vehicle of this size and weight, but the performance is so much better than the six cylinder I had in the Lexus RX350 that I had right before this car. One major plus for the Audi is it always seems to be in the right gear for accelerating from a start or on the highway. There is no lag in waiting for the transmission to shift or for the turbo to kick in. Plus there are so many ways to set the way the car for shifting, steering feedback and suspension that it is nearly impossible not to find the right setting for any given situation. Functionally, there is plenty of room for four full-sized people and luggage, boxes, golf clubs or whatever else you want to throw in the back. The only minus that I have noted so far is the lack of interior storage for small items. The glovebox is plenty big, but the console has very limited storage capacity and the doors do not have a very functional bins for storing anything larger than a sunglass case. The bin in the console is always open and the design needs some more thought. My car has the upgraded stereo, which eats up space under the floor in the rear hatch area.

Everyone at Fusion auto sales was helpful and friendly. They had what I was looking for, and there was no pressure .They did all the paperwork so there was little effort on my part. My used Mini Cooper was in pristine condition, and they even travelled a good distance to pick up my old car and paid me $200 for it! I highly recommend this dealership if you want no hype, pressure and very personal attention ¿

This car met all my need, its spacious and stylish. The miles per gallon is great as well and the steering feels great. The interior feels great.

From the condition my Audi Q5 was in (2013 with 35K miles), to the 4 new tires the dealership put on as part of their certified program, I can't say enough good things about Bob Johnson Certified Collection/Websmart Auto! I had explained to Lidia right from the beginning that I was not in the market to purchase today but was interested in teat driving a Audi convertible, since I never have. I had just had my Porsche in for service and thought I had some time. Not only did I test drive a used A5 she insisted following a drive a new A5. She was very good at explaining the brand to me and with any questions I might have had. She had a smile on her face with knowing I was a "tire kicker" for the day. I will definitely go back to Lidia when the time is right for me!!

Good so far. For a 4 cylinder it can generate a good bit of power when needed. My only complaint so far is that it has minimal storage. The console compartment is small and cannot be accessed unless the cup holder of cups is emptied!
