New Mexico is notoriously slow at governmental things (titling vehicles for example) and after almost a year and a subsequent move from Santa Fe to The Boulders in North Scottsdale we had a nightmare on our hands trying to get a title transfer. In fact, we ended up coming in on one of his days off, and he still made sure someone was there waiting to take care of us. We test drove the vehicle and decided to move forward with the purchase the same day. What really stood out was the professionalism and customer service. The team answered our questions promptly, never pressured us into buying extras or add-ons, and made the entire process feel comfortable, transparent, and low stress. Since the car needed new tires, they were even willing to provide us with a loaner while everything was being completed, which we really appreciated. On top of that, because we live outside Chandler, they arranged to have the vehicle dropped off at our home once the tires were installed the following week. It made the entire purchase process incredibly convenient and allowed us to handle almost everything in essentially one visit. Overall, this was a top-notch experience, and we would highly recommend Audi Chandler to anyone looking for an Audi.
