Bill Doud was the service representative and did an outstanding job keeping me informed while I waited at the dealership for the work to be completed. Bill then explained what was done and the charges. My car was returned washed and ready to go. Great work done by all. Thanks

Karma DFW Plano review
Karma DFW was very responsive. I was interested in a 928 GTS but it turned out to have an automatic transmission. The write up had stated it was a manual transmission but the pics included showed it was an automatic transmission. Karma DFW verified it was an automatic. I was looking for a manual transmission.

Audi McKinney review
As a previous Sewell customer, I know the high level of customer service provided. The sales experience at Audi McKinney was much the same and I would recommend Sewell Audi Mckinney to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle. Charlee was a wonderful sales associate, very knowledgable and enthusiastic about the vehicle.
2019 Audi SQ5 review
Even the Audi mechanic says that that car is one of their most reliable one and best performing one definitely recommend two years with a Prestige one

2023 Audi SQ5 review
I regretted trading in my 2023 SQ5, but got a good deal on the trade value. I wanted a larger car and in reality the size of this car is fine unless you have to carry around a lot of people or cargo. Eventually, I just got a Q8, which seems like a marvelous car, too. I am an Audi guy and I hate to hear other reviewers trash the car or at least the software. I sure hope I do not suffer those problems with the 2025 Q8 Prestige I got.

Auto Merchants Inc. review
Positive experience buying a car for my son. Our seller was sellers so attentive and Professional. Plus, I spoke with him in Spanish.
2020 Audi SQ5 review
Great! Handy and nimble at the same time. Lots of features, bang and olafson sound system is really nice. Lots of power for the price, well executed interior, except there is very limited driver storage area, (for sunglasses, pens, parking meter change etc.) What little storage there is, allows things to roam all over the place ( especially during spirited driving😉). There is one tiny secret compartment, which I never would have known about had I not watched a review video on YouTube, on the dash to the left of the steeing column. But you can't see inside it unless you are a contortionist and it takes some dexterity to use it while moving, just have to feel around in there in the dark for a while and hope none of the other stuff you have in there falls on the floor, which happpens about 65% of the time. But aside from that and all the lane departure/ hazard gadgets going off all.the time. It's quite a capable machine, looks good too.

Jimmy was very helpful to me with questions concerning an auto they had at their Fishers location.I asked him to do a walk around the vehicle for me,which he did and sent me the video. We didn't come to an agreement on the car,but like I said earlier, Jimmy's the person to ask for. We had a great experience. Our first impression was how refreshing it was to have no pushy sales hustle. We were greeted when we arrived, and then given the space to look around until we were ready for questions or assistance. Samuel was knowledgeable, friendly, and very easy to communicate with. He listened to our needs and wants and truly delivered. He made the entire process, smooth and enjoyable. This was our first time at this dealership and we will definitely recommend them to others. We are also happy to say that we will be returning customers in the future thank you Sam for making this such a great experience.

The Audi SQ5 is a smooth fast car. It ran flawless for me for 4 years, bought used in 2016 and am just selling it now. The only thing it doesn't have alot of is console room for phone etc but that is very minor, love the big sunroof and the sport shift.

2018 Audi SQ5 review
Bought it brand new in 2018. Still got it in 2023 with over 80k miles on it. Super reliable all those years. That was the biggest surprised. We knew we'll get comfort and performance but never counted on reliability. What a great surprise.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience purchasing my Ford F-150. The staff was professional, friendly, and transparent from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly, and the deal was fair. I would definitely recommend this dealer.

Low pressure but a bit too busy to spend any time with us to answer any question. Could never find a sales person. Pretty sure they could have sold us a car that day if they invested any energy into it. A lot like buying furniture at IKEA. You just better hope you don’t have questions.
