We purchased a 2017 BMW X-3. A manager, Marc, immediately responded to our inquiry. Our salesman, Aerrick, sent multiple photos of the car so we could see its condition. Upon arriving to do a test drive and then finalize the purchase, all prep had already been done. Our insurance company had already been contacted. Their car was in top shape, their service was top notch from beginning to end. We highly recommend this salesman, manager and dealership.

Michael was our lead salesman and he took the time to find us an Audi Q5 that we were looking for to cement the sale. He had the vehicle shipped to us from their TX dealership. Prior to our commitment to buy, he pulled together a key mechanical expert at his dealership to answers any questions we had about the Q5 we were interested in buying. I was able to get an answer I was seeking from the “expert” which allowed me to make a positive decision. As of this writing, we are very pleased with the Q5 and thank Michael for his help.

Very comfortable drive and ride, has all the top shelf features for comfort, technology, safety . Sturdy buttons, interior materials are high class. Can take 89/91 grade gasoline. City drive is 25mpg, highway is upto 32mpg. oil change intervals is 10000mile . Seats in the back recline by adjustment, making it comfortable in long drives. Recently had a 14hour highway drive- was feeling refreshed even at the end of the day. The highway drive at night was not fatiguing to the eyes, likely because the glass quality must be really good compared to other brands. Wish they had a hybrid version to get better mpg or even better, a plug in hybrid version would be welcome for the future. The trunk space is small and can fit only one international size suitcase.

The entire process was excellent. I was greeted promptly, paperwork was completed quickly and I only waited about five minutes for my loaner car to be brought up. The experience was similar when I dropped off the loaner and picked up my car. The work was done, the car was clean, and I was on my way in a matter of minutes.

People were awesome. Great customer service. Couldn?t have been treated any better. People would do anything for you and tried to make you feel important.

I have owned myAudi A5 premium plus 2.0T for over 9 years,I am the second owner. I have looked at newer ones and the S5 and the RS5 but have kept firm with the A5. My car is monsoon Gray with saddle interior. I have 51000 miles on it and I get about 25 mpg. The comfortable, quiet ride is only surpassed by the 8 speed at in sport mode as it effortlessly and flawlessly brings me to 70mph on the pa turnpike. Wow, still makes me smile after 9 years and smiles per mile is the most important thing for me now. When I get out of her I still have to take a moment to admire her lines and design. I have owned many cars, from many very competent manufactures but the Audi A6 to me is that 1 girl I will keep forever.

We found this truck listed on Cars.com. It provided us with very through information about the truck and it matched what we had been looking for. We made an appointment with the dealer and the salesman was very helpful and relaxed. They held the truck so we could come back the next day with the vehicle we were trading in. Everything went very smoothly and we were comfortable.

I would buy it again. You don't see many A8L's on the road which gives you the sense of exclusivity. The car is well designed and has excellent performance and comfort!

The service dept did not not the parts for the recall so my car is rescheduled to be serviced and parts will be there. Everyone I dealt with was very nice, explained the situation and very accommodating.

The car is great looking, fast and comfortable. Recommend to anyone especially as an everyday driver. It turns heads wherever I go. Also get everyone wanting to look at.

It was a great experience. Everyone was professional, the cars were reasonably priced and there was no pressure. Also, they followed through with what was promised. This is not always the case in buying a used car. I would not hesitate to do business with them again.

I've only had this car for a few weeks and drove it a total of 5 times and put well under 50 miles on it, so my review is limited. Thus far I have not had any issues with the car. Hopefully, it remains so.

Q5 is an excellent car comfortable, luxurious interior, beautiful exterior design, and, most importantly, reliability. I am amazed that at the third maintenance, Audi service did not rotate the tires; after three years, all tires are in balance and well aligned.

This is the quietest interior at 70 MPH that I have ever known. It is also very powerful and a joy to drive It handles like a sports car staying flat in turns at high speed and going exactly where you point it like it's glued to the road with no tire sequel . It's an amazing car and after owning more that 65 cars over the years this is by far the best.

I searched for the vehicle I wanted using several filters to narrow the search. Found a 2021 BMW 530i at Hilton Head which was a little over 100 mi from my house. It was a little difficult to get my questions answered by phone but I wanted to sure of the details before driving that far. The price was confirmed leaving only the trade-in value to be confirmed at their site. I felt the sales price was on the good side of fair and the trade-in was within $200 of what I realistically expected. The paperwork for the sale is cumbersome but that is true anywhere. Overall, I was quite satisfied with all aspects of the deal including the salesman and support staff.

I had been watching cars.com and other web sites for a 2020 or 2021 Audi Q7 for months. This car popped up, met my basic qualifications and was only 50 miles from my house. Called the dealer, drove down the next day, test drove the car and made an offer. Deal was done in an hour. And, they gave me above market value for my 2015 Audi Q7.

I really like it. I have the Prestige package. Some disappointments however. When turning from a slow speed or stop there is often a lag or bucking. So I need to be careful especially when pulling into traffic. It is annoying for 85k vehicle. Also had it with my 2018. Figured it would be fixed by now. Common Audi issue I have read. Limited interior storage space. Voice navigation command is iffy so I use Waze. MPG is less than my 18 model. Same 3.0. It gets better in Dynamic mode. Otherwise I love driving it. Style is nice and gets a lot of comments. Interior comfort is fine with a nice sense of control. I think I would buy another one but not if they don't fix the lag. I feel it could be a safety negative. Electronics are abundant. Takes some time to get used to them all. Probably I don't even use them all. I pull out manual off and on and still discovering things after a year. Overall though I really enjoy driving it.

The process was quick and easy. Sydney was very friendly and attentive, great to deal with. I was happy with the offer that i received and I would be glad to sell another car here and recommend other to do so as well.

I can’t tell you how much I love this car. Drives like a dream compared to my Cadillac Escalade. Handles well with plenty of acceleration. Nice clean designed exterior and well appointed interior. Only flaw are the drink holders and the lack of remote start since it is German.

We appreciate John Ventre. He makes the whole new car purchase process not only painless, but also enjoyable. We do not plan to use another salesman or dealership in the future.

Bought my '16 A6 3.0 TDI a year ago with 89k miles, now has almost 110k miles, and drives like a dream still. Can't even tell it's a diesel engine by the way it drives and how quiet it is. I drive a lot for work, and the gas mileage is amazing! Interior is comfy, classy, and roomy. Drives like butter, handles like a sports car. Exterior isn't too flashy, it's perfect. No issues, and my last checkup at the German export dealer was perfect. My favorite car I've owned, now I want an A8 L!

Answered all my questions via text and email, stayed engaged, came in on her day off just to make sure I was taken care of personally. I have never worked with auto nation or Katherine before today. If you do it will be worth the time. Just ask for Katherine because the customer service is not what you expect from a dealer. She goes over and above for the customer.

Great all around car, no reliability issues. Fun to drive and is big enough to comfortably seat 5. I have really enjoyed this new car.

Very smooth comfortable ride. I have a Q5 2018 and so far no problem. Never thought I will get used to driving a SUV since my last car was an A6 which I kept for 13 years.
