Received response to interst within half hour and then a follow up call when the car was being sent to auction as they did not want to keep it. The salesman has since contacted me and ask if I was still lookin for a vechile and I shared that was true, but only an American sedan, so it would fit my long legs and have a comfortable ride for four individuals.

Being in a different state I was concerned on how my buying process would be. They made is perfect! My salesman Edward took a personalized video for me and showed me everything I wanted to look at so I didn't have to just look at fancy pictures. During the buying process they offered to ship it to us but I wanted the adventure of driving the car home. When I got to the dealership the car looked as if it came off the show room floor. Kolby was my finance agent and was very helpful on getting exactly what I needed. I was very happy with the way they handled everything and I would highly recommend buying a car from here. This is a perfect car for California, especially now in needing to get out to feel free. Nothing is better than driving the coast with the top down. This Quattro is in excellent condition driven by my wife who took great care of the care.

I was wanting to go to a simple newer v6 Ram from a diesel Ram and they had this red one! Quick contract signing as promised. Easy sales that let the Ram sell itself WITHOUT PRESSURE to buy! Christina was great to work with! Same for Grace in the signing paperwork. Took me 6 1/2 hours with local dealer(auto row off Mill Plain) on prior purchase. Not here! Quick nice and efficient. Hey, try their coffee! Good too! 😂 I’m impressed!

Very smooth comfortable ride. I have a Q5 2018 and so far no problem. Never thought I will get used to driving a SUV since my last car was an A6 which I kept for 13 years.

The interior is gorgeous and I love all of the fun “toys”! I drove everything from the BMW X5 to the Lincoln Aviator and this was my favorite car to drive. It’s amazing!

Make sure you check which engine you have in this car. There was a lawsuit about the piston rings being bad. To have another engine put in is 7.4k to 8.5k.

I brought my SUV in for a repair on 11/19/24. Josh Baldwin, the service manager, was very proactive communicating with me via text on the diagnosis, estimated cost to repair, and estimated time to repair. Their technician made a video showing and explaining where the problem was and what was needed to fix it. Their entire service process felt open and honest, unlike other dealers' service departments I've dealt with.

Audi wilsonville has the most helpful service team in the pacific north west. I have been coming for years and they never fall short of expectations.

Very comfortable drive and ride, has all the top shelf features for comfort, technology, safety . Sturdy buttons, interior materials are high class. Can take 89/91 grade gasoline. City drive is 25mpg, highway is upto 32mpg. oil change intervals is 10000mile . Seats in the back recline by adjustment, making it comfortable in long drives. Recently had a 14hour highway drive- was feeling refreshed even at the end of the day. The highway drive at night was not fatiguing to the eyes, likely because the glass quality must be really good compared to other brands. Wish they had a hybrid version to get better mpg or even better, a plug in hybrid version would be welcome for the future. The trunk space is small and can fit only one international size suitcase.

We bought an Audi through Alex Hoffman, and he was great. He was helpful and responsive to our questions. He even drove over 100 miles to deliver the car to us. He was patient with all our questions about the technology. I recommend him highly.

We love this car. Extremely comfortable to drive, spacious and with it's 4cyl 2L GDI turbo engine is one of the most fuel efficient SUVs on the market. Our Q5 has 170,000 miles, had various age resulted suspension, fuel and water pump repair/maintenance but nothing too abnormal. With continued maintenance it will run another 50k miles so we hope. Next we will go electric with the ID4 or Q4 e-tron

This is the quietest interior at 70 MPH that I have ever known. It is also very powerful and a joy to drive It handles like a sports car staying flat in turns at high speed and going exactly where you point it like it's glued to the road with no tire sequel . It's an amazing car and after owning more that 65 cars over the years this is by far the best.

I have been to so many car dealerships through out my driving years. I love westlies because they do not follow you at lot asking tons of questions. Of course I'm there to look att cars and when I find one I'll come to u. Which I did. I found 4 that I loved. They let me test drive each one. I ended up choosing the Chevy equinox. It was beautiful not a thing a long and very spotless. The lpaperwork took no time. A lot of places takes a good 8 hours not westlies. They were very nice. I told them the price I did not want to go over and I got it for less..I will tell everyone to go there to buy a car and they will not be disappointed..I got 4 free oil changes for free and check my engin̈e and tires. Traded in my Tahoe for this and have loved every minute driving this car! I have one in a car seat, and still have plenty of room. Such a smooth drive. I test drove so many cars and this by far beat them all. You get so much for the money, plus great safety ratings!

I can’t tell you how much I love this car. Drives like a dream compared to my Cadillac Escalade. Handles well with plenty of acceleration. Nice clean designed exterior and well appointed interior. Only flaw are the drink holders and the lack of remote start since it is German.
