The employees have to work a lot more to protect both the Buyer as well as the CarMax employees. I waited around a lot before I was able too complete my purchased. I had no choice, my car of 20 years, which I bought brand new in 1999 was done. With so many websites ( I looked at several), I was not sure where to go. Then someone mentioned Car Max to me. I looked on line and saw a few cars I was interested in. The next weekend I drove to Colma to checked out and test drive a couple of cars. I decided to ask about Hybrids...you had 2. I test drove one of them and could not resist. I bought it. I was very impressed with the buying process. It was quick, easy and believe it or not relaxing since the sales person completed the paper work for me. Yes, I had to sign several sheets but that was a given. Something I was dreading for the past two years, was so surprisingly easy I couldn't believe it!!!

Sexy, sleek, fast, handles amazing, classy, good gas mileage, everyone stops to look at her!!! I've never driven anything so nice. I usually like muscle cars however reaching age 50 I wanted to go in a different direction. I m so happy I did it fits everything about my lifestyle.

2014 Audi S5 review
Holy crap....2014 S5 auto very addicting and makes u smile the entire time ur driving. Very quick around town roads. The launch control is remarkable as I never have been beat from cars with more horsepower from a dig. My car ran to 60mph stock and with 105000 miles in 4.6 seconds and 1/4 was 13.1 at 105 mph this was tested my a speed tester box. Weekness is anything over 70 mph to the floor not as quick feeling. Also top end before speed limiter came on was 159. Car will do 175 if removed.

I bought a 2019 F150 Raptor at Elite Motor Cars a few weeks ago and after driving home I read online that there was a nationwide service for the truck that affected the performance. Unfortunately the service expired in 2023. I didn't call at first because I did not want to hassle anybody since it was already almost 2025. I finally called and spoke to Robert the sales rep that sold me my truck and informed him of the situation. Robert told me that he would speak to the owner Alex and get back to me. Literally 30 mins later, I received a call back and information that I had an appointment at the nearby Ford dealership a few days later and the service would be completed. These guys are awesome! That's going way beyond normal customer service, taking the time to assist someone after weeks from the purchase. I highly recommend Elite Motor Cars and would do business with them again. 2014 Audi RS 5 review
Best weekend driver I have ever owned. Whether you want an exotic exhaust note or a car that commands tremendous road presence, this is the one. I have a white on white RS5 cab. I will never sell it. Never gives me problems and always a show stopper.

2015 Audi RS 5 review
I have had this car for two years now and every time I get into this beast, I am excited to drive. I could have bought the the newer RS5 but I like the trim of this car much better. The V-8 screams for you to push it harder and harder. With 8250 red-line, there is plenty of room for exhilaration and acceleration. Not that it needs it, but there are plenty of upgrades for this car. I started with the exhaust, and it's even meaner now than before. The downshifts in sport mode are a menacing snort that makes other cars take notice. The faster you go, the better the feel and handling tightens up, especially around a sharp wind in the road. It's not the fastest car, but will blow the doors off of just about anything on the road. I get compliments often on this beauty.
