I always wanted to get an Audi so a few years back I purchased a two year old 2011 Audi A4 Quattro. I mainly got it for the all wheel drive. I use it as our family car. I bought an extended warranty to carry me through 120k miles. During the regular warranty period, I had to use it once because the driver side power window stopped working. But at 110k+ miles - I used the extended warranty (with zero deductible) 3 times for over $12,000 in repairs at the dealer. I had the turbo replaced, the timing chain adjuster, timing chain, cylinder head + other stuff. Parts eventually fail or wear out. I am extremely pleased with the performance of this car and will get another one in the future.

Plenty of small things going wrong

The car still ran but would have a bunch of smaller issues that became annoying. Windows wouldn’t work, headlights that were supposed to move with the direction of the vehicle froze up, radio went haywire, would feel an unnecessarily high rev when beginning to accelerate. Was very comfortable to drive in though

I've owned the 2010 Audi A4 Avant for all of a few days now.
From a performance perspective, it is like a Rear Wheel Drive Bias Wagon VW GTI with a nicer interior and a lot more room than a GTI. Handles great, engine is responsive if you shift your own gears.
But man is this thing full of problems. Check the forums if you don't believe me. Since owning this car for a few days, the dealership kindly replaced the intermediate steering shaft due to a knocking noise while steering at low speeds. Then I get it home from that service and some fluid is leaking out at a massive rate.
The forums indicate many other issues such as oil consumption, timing chain and related parts issues, turbo issues.
I don't know what VW Group was thinking during these years.
This recent purchase of our 2018 X3 is our 5th BMW from I.G. Burton and the last four have been with Nate Robinson. He is polite, has a thorough knowledge of the BMW line of vehicles, is responsible and follows though in a timely manner, and has come to know what features we like/dislike over the years. He is also a BMW owner, which says volumes about his belief and dedication to the product that he sells.

We lost two vehicles to Hurricane Erma in 2017, a F-150 and an Audi A4.
In need of a new vehicle we opted for a Certified 2016 Audi Q5 Premium Plus. The performance is not as good as the A4, but the Q5 is more useful, since we have only one vehicle instead of two. The Q5 had 23000 miles, and came with 6 yr 100,000 mi extended warranty. We have had for over a year and all is well we have no problems, save for the 35,000 mi service and 2 recall repairs.
I worked with Nathaniel Robinson to turn in my old lease and enter into a new one for a 2018 X3. Nate exceeded expectations in all steps of the process. His calm and highly professional demeanor is coupled with thorough knowledge about the vehicle and the steps to follow in leasing. When others needed to be consulted either at the dealership or at BMW by phone, Nate communicated clearly and followed through on every detail. He gave me clear, accurate answers to every question. Just bought the SQ5. It puts a smile on my face every time I drive it!!! It is fast and handles terrific!! Practical because it is an SUV!! Interior is amazing with diamond stitched seats and aluminum trim! Best car or truck I have ever owned! A sports car that doubles as an SUV!!!
I’m not one to review a car dealer but for these guys, Daniel, Kurt and Rick, I will give my feedback. These guys go out of their way to structure a good deal. Daniel my sales guy is a great communicator, Kurt the sales manager tries very hard to satisfy and when signing paperwork with Rick in the finance department, he makes it easy and explains everything in detail. I highly recommend dealing with these guys, you won’t regret it.

This car is awesome, fast, fun to drive and the best of luxury. The car sounds great and the 7 speed transmission is a lot of fun with the paddle shifters.
Went to ES Motors and the staff was so friendly and helpful. I was able to get an estimate that day and will be back again.

My Q7 was certified pre-owned when I bought it. It is super comfortable, hugs the road and has a super smooth ride. Even though it is 8 years old, I still get compliments on it's appearance inside and out. I've got over 200,000 miles and it has never needed a major repair. Just regular maintenance and high quality premium gas.
I purchased a vehicle this summer from ES Motors. The price was right, customer service was good. However, I was told the vehicle has been serviced and two outstanding recalls had been taken care of. I was also told the oil had been changed. After getting home I checked the fluid levels and found all the levels were low. The engine coolant was very low. I did not see any coolant in the overflow reservoir. The oil level was a half quart low so I'm not sure if the oil actually was changed. I checked the manufactures site to confirm the recalls were done. Of course the recalls showed as incomplete. I should have checked closer before purchasing the vehicle and I would have requested it be serviced. I have taken care of the recalls.

I've had the 2011 A4 for 4+ years now. The exterior of the car is beautiful and ages well. I actually still get compliments on it. Audi is of course known for their interiors and the A4 doesn't disappoint. It's very comfortable and everything is well laid out. Even the interface for the infotainment center is well done, especially the GPS display which is very easy to follow. My only complaint with the car is after 100K+ miles it has more mechanical issues than I would like. There are no major issues, but because it's German fixing minor things can be very expensive, especially at a dealer.
The have quality service - very helpful and courteous. Facilities are clean and well maintained. Price is reasonable. Buying process is quick and easy. We will definitely come back if we want another car.

Owned for 6 years and was satisfied the entire time. Great options from 2009, including safety and comfort features. Loved it. Great car. Buy one.
Came in to buy a used car and ended buying a used AND a new car. Vinny Stephano was great! Helped me get exactly what I was looking for and I didnt have to spend hours looking or closing the paperwork out.
Needs oil every 3 weeks

It is a great vechicle to drive... but it needs oil every 3 weeks. I am surprised to see great reviews here. It is a known issue just google Audi oil problem. Audi reluctantly acknowledge the issue, but to fix the issue requires rebuilding the engine. It had other problems over the years: squicking breaks, many recalls, etc. I would not recommend this car because of the oil and reliability issues.
Charles Butts was excellent! My daughter bought her first car and it was a smooth and relatively quick process. We found the car in the website and purchased the next day.

I bought a 2016 A3 convertible premium plus package. While it is very stylish and pretty car. Inside there is no voice activation and Siri on apple phones gets shut off every time phone syncs to car . Also no power seats. It was A pricey car for the little options you get. Performance and style are the two big winners with this car.
