He always makes sure my questions are answered. I am glad to have him as my go to person at Johnson Lexus because my initial experience with my prior go to person was not good. I almost felt invisible back then with this person who apparently was not interested in making my experience a positive one.(Veronica) I began to dread coming for car maintenance which took so long just for me to leave my vehicle and pick up a requested loaner. I live an hour and a half away so time is always of the essence when I come to Johnson Lexus. However, this is not the case with Andreas; he is always on point! Thanks Andreas!!! 2018 Audi A5 review
2021 a5 PREM Plus; B&O 7th audi I've owned & they just keep getting better. Not a fan of the tap every time screen I want to do something feature which is fairly new. This one could be a keeper! The stereo is very high quality & handling rocks, quick & nimble. Sport suspension is a personal choice, always order it. Stiffer but smooth. Car is quite. Sport seats heated, heated mirrors, heated steering wheel. Need I say more?
