Recommend scheduling staff meetings at times when customers aren?t waiting for their vehicles. What should have been an hour (max) visit turned into 2.5 hours because the entire service department went to a staff meeting. I had to reschedule a doctor appointment because of the delay. We were not warned of the potential delay. Aside from that, completely satisfied this visit. Misty at Slidell is FANTASTIC!!!

Jayson was amazing and very professional. He had lots of patience with me. Jayson’s energy was amazing, so much so where due to unforeseen circumstances I was shopping for another car.. Since I had such a great unexpected experience with Jayson I said I have to go back to him even though the dealership is 1 hour and 15 minutes away from me and I was referred to another dealership 15 minutes away from me. I called him and said Jayson let’s make magic again after telling him what I was looking for.. Well yesterday that was what we did. I purchased a 2023 bmw x6 with the M sport package (my white diamond) Jayson once again was simplyyyyyy amazing, alone with MrJR, one of the managers, Mr. Bobby another manager and Mr. Don the finance manager. Thank you guys so much.. Jayson was a call away and talked to me while he was off.. I told Jayson I wasn’t taking that drive to the dealership unless we could make magic with that car, he said don’t worry we will and we DID💃🏽 Another great experience . Wonderful people who made a horrible experience turn into an amazing one that was worth the drive anytime.. Looking to get a car definitely ask for Jayson Robertson, he is truly that guy!! 2018 Audi A7 review
Mine is a 2018 Tornado Grey Competition Package, purchased CPO with about 33k miles. Other than a malfunctioning control module that was replaced under warranty it’s been flawless. The combination of comfort, ride, power, mileage, and styling is superb. Now with 66k miles I love it more than ever, and plan to keep for many years to come.

2025 Audi A5 review
Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.
