I was referred to Boston Motorsports via Alfa Romeo USA due to a recall inquiry. They successfully located the necessary parts to address a lingering problem I had been experiencing with my classic Alfa Romeo (and expertly resolved the safety recall). Many thanks to the folks at Alfa USA and to the Boston Motorsports team in making this happen. I'm very happy this this experience introduced me to Seth and the folks at Boston Motorsports service. They gave my car a full checkup, in addition to a routine oil change and the recall repair. This included thoughtfully sending an email (including a video recording) with a thorough report of the health of the car. And although they provided me with a very helpful list of suggested items I might want to address in the future, I was never pressured to make these repairs at their shop. Of course I'll be back regardless, though - because this place is simply amazing. Their love for their work, extensive knowledge, enthusiasm for the cars they service, and deep respect for their customers is extremely evident. And though my particular car may have a bit of patina (at least compared to many of the beautiful vehicles in their showroom) I was treated like royalty by the staff. For example, when I inquired about the location of the nearest bus to get home, they immediately insisted on scheduling for a driver to give me a ride instead. In a world where bottom lines often eclipse customer service, these folks shine brightly with a uniquely impressive combination of honesty and excellence. 2025 Audi A5 review
Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

2021 Audi S5 review
With the AWD, fire breathing turbo V6, and refined interior it really does everything you could ask. The trunk is sizeable, the back seat is comfortable. the rear seats fold down. Comfortable carving canyon roads or heading out to a fancy dinner. Just a great car.

2021 Audi RS 5 review
Purchased this with only 5000 miles on it from Audi dealer whose sales person was original owner. Agree with the previous review about what a great car this is. The comparable BMW M series and Mercedes AMG have even more muscle and more growl, but this car has much better everyday comfort and style and still is a tiger in performance RS mode. I get 0 to 60 in 3.6 secs with good tires. I have a 2018 S5 Sportback which I prefer for longer highway drives where its softer ride, better cargo space and economy, but extra power when you need it, are an advantage, but the 2021 (minimally changed for 2022) RS5 is my fun car and what I take for road rallies in the mountains and for HPDEs on the track. 2.9L twin turbo is a marvel with more HP and torque that older V8 RS5 models. Both cars have been very reliable. Great Audi tech, of course, with impeccable interior, awesome B&O audio system and the recently government approved LED-laser matrix headlamps.

2018 Audi S5 review
Love the car only had a coolant pump issue but ever since it's been smooth sailing. The car is gorgeous and incredibly comfortable with beautifully designed interiors. I've drive both the Mercedes c43 Amg and the bmw 340i which I think are this car's competition and I'd still have this as my overall pic.

My wife and I went there to get a new family vehicle and our experience could not have been better from the moment we reached out. Rafa, our sales agent, was very calm, patient and knowledgeable about all of the available vehicles and took the time to walk us through each of our options within our budget and not only made sure that we didn't go beyond it but instead found that we got the most value. You could tell that he genuinely wanted to do what was best for us and our interests. That is a unique sales skill to have and he truly earned our trust and respect for it. We took our time looking between used and new vehicles that they had available and ultimately decided on a new 2026 4Runner. Rafa was able to get us a great deal and only added on the items that we specifically wanted so that we ended up with a well customized vehicle with only the upgrades we wanted for a great price that we felt happy with! Jerry was also helpful in explaining the warranty to us, how they worked and, again, only told us about which ones he'd actually recommend with a new vehicle and growing family, while being upfront with the ones that he didn't think we're going to be applicable in our situation. I would absolutely recommend Woburn Toyota to anyone looking for a new car and we will absolutely be coming back in the next few years when our other vehicle, an aging Avalon, needs to be replaced. Dan was great 👍🏻 The only complaint is that they said they detailed it, It didn’t seem like they did a great job The inside was still dirty on the floorboards and the electronics had some sort of film on it.
