Replaced 4 new tires for Q7. Great service! I wanted to keep one of the old tires. It was wrapped well with a plastic bag and placed in the car.

Mike, the sales manager and Kennedy, the mechanic were wonderful. Kennedy sent me a video of the what was wrong and what it was going to take to fix it, and when it would be ready, my experience was great. Thank you, guys.

Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

Wesley was very professional didn’t question my offer brought it right to sales manager. Negotiation was smooth in the end I paid what I thought was a fair price and got a powertrain warranty thrown in. They delivered car promptly inspected and filled gas tank. I can't stop admiring the metallic exterior color of the car with all of the great features all wrapped up inside. I love sports cars and have been a fan of Audi's design and performance for the past 7 years. Recommended by a friend who is looking to buy their third Audi S7 or first RS7.

I was in the market for a Pontiac Fiero when I came across their dealership that had one. When i went, I dealt with Matt, who was easy going and therefore I felt no pressure. Granted I was considering a vintage car so a perfect car was not expected. He answered all of my questions regarding the car and even offered limited information on the previous owner which helped give me a sense of continuity with the history of the car. I purchased the car and although early in my ownership, the car seems to be as described.

Love the car only had a coolant pump issue but ever since it's been smooth sailing. The car is gorgeous and incredibly comfortable with beautifully designed interiors. I've drive both the Mercedes c43 Amg and the bmw 340i which I think are this car's competition and I'd still have this as my overall pic.

The whole team is the reason I go back to Audi Shrewsbury with my RS7. They are always very friendly and keep me in the loop on everything being done step by step! On my recent visit David and the master tech made sure my new winter tires were in the best alignment possible for tires I bought from a 3rd party. I was very grateful to have a loaner for a few days so I could still get to work without any inconvenience.

With the AWD, fire breathing turbo V6, and refined interior it really does everything you could ask. The trunk is sizeable, the back seat is comfortable. the rear seats fold down. Comfortable carving canyon roads or heading out to a fancy dinner. Just a great car.
