Took my car in for regular service. This is a Benz/Porsche/Audi dealership so a certain level of customer amenities is expected. They did a fine job with the service, but for the prices we’re paying, I expect a bathroom door that locks, someone to know the WiFi password, and the food options listed on the menu to actually be available.
I have bought many vehicles in my life. Most of them
were unpleasant experiences, but this one wasn't. The entire Staff was very help, especially Josh. One of the few dealerships who stand behind what they say. Business like it should be.
This is the third car we bought here. Everything through the process is always easy and fast. The customer service during and after getting the car is just awesome. The personal attention we receive from all the staff is just great. We would definitely recommend this dealer.
Our two Mercedes have always been serviced by Mercedes of Melbourne because we trust them to perform superior service on our vehicles. They consistently prove that our trust is well placed because when we take a vehicle in for service it is always returned in excellent condition with all services performed. Adam (our service advisor) has been excellent in recommending and implementing fixes for items that had the potential for causing problems at a later date, thus avoiding unscheduled and unanticipated repairs.
Service was completed quickly. I was very pleased with the courtesy car they gave me. My new service rep called me to set up my appointment and again when picking up my vehicle. Everything was handled very satisfactorily.
I was very pleased with their non-aggressive sales approach. There is nothing worse than pushing sales people. All of them were very pleasant and worked well to get my son into the car he wanted. The car is in excellent condition, they even provided the carfax with all maintenance records back to the original purchase. Overall very pleased with our experience with not only the sales staff but also the general manager and owner. Would definitely recommend them to friends and loved ones.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
The first time we actually enjoyed the car buying process. No pressure, no going back and forth with some unseen manager and no 4 hour negotiation. I look forward to future dealings with Sunny, Al and Rosner Motor Sports
