Matt is Excellent. Outstanding customer service he is knowledgeable and quick and made the buying process a breaze. He went out of his way to make our experience the best it could be and stayed late to make sure my Wife could take hers home same day. I bought 2 cars in two separate trips on Saturday in the time it would take to buy one at other dealerships. This is my 4th car from AutoMax and have never had an issue with any of the vehicles or the experience. This is the place to go and I will be buying my next car there and asking for Matt.
2022 Audi Q5 review
Bought mine in 2025 with rather low miles on it (offerred by dealership as a CPO with 18 months left). It feels luxurious inside and is pretty quiet. I'd say it was really beautiful but the way the infotainment screed is situated on the dash it sorta looks like it was just stuck there. Still, it works really well and supports CarPlay which works seemlessly. I didn't buy this car to watch movies lol. Back seats are comfy but there is a raised floor channel which seems odd; you definitely would't put a fifth adult in the middle. Still, the rear seat pass-through is cool and accomodates my skis. With read seats flipped down the total cargo space is acceptable but by no means best in class. I'm no speed demon so the 2.0 turbo is plenty for me considering the weight of the car. It handles well but it's not an Ultimate Driving Machine experience. . Mostly I'm impressed with ride quality and interior cabin sound level. The stock stereo is so-so and I tried the upgraded B&O system and it wasn't remarkable either. I am impressed with highway fuel economy near 35mpg. I did not purchase addtl maintenace and strongly recommend you change fluids waaay more often than mfr's specifications.

I had a wonderful experience with carmax in Westborough. Very friendly staff, very clean. They don't harass you. Upon entering the building, I was greeted and directed to the vehicles I was interested. I ventured the lot on my own and able to check out the vehicle. All the details were located on the window or they have touch screens with the info of the cars on the lots. Chris C was my sales person, he was very quick to respond to questions I had after I left the lot and also gave me detailed information about the cars I was interested in purchasing without haggling me to buy the more expensive car. When I had a question for him he would always answer it and send the brochure or the car detail info so I had it. The day I made my decision I was driving off the lot in a preowned vehicke within a few hours. I was extremely happy with my experience and would recommend Carmax in Westborough for anyone searching for a preowned vehicle. And i had been to other dealerships for test rides.

2019 Audi Q5 review
The perfect car for our needs: a small SUV with relatively high (4400 lbs) towing capacity. Only the BMW X3 has the same combination. The Q5 is well appointed with high quality materials. It feels very solid on the road, with adjustable driving modes (dynamic, comfort, etc.). It has surprising power for a 4-cylinder engine and surprisingly good fuel economy. We purchased this vehicle used with some remaining factory warranty, which we haven't yet needed--all systems are working perfectly.

2016 Audi Q5 review
We love this car. Extremely comfortable to drive, spacious and with it's 4cyl 2L GDI turbo engine is one of the most fuel efficient SUVs on the market. Our Q5 has 170,000 miles, had various age resulted suspension, fuel and water pump repair/maintenance but nothing too abnormal. With continued maintenance it will run another 50k miles so we hope. Next we will go electric with the ID4 or Q4 e-tron

Q5 is an excellent car comfortable, luxurious interior, beautiful exterior design, and, most importantly, reliability. I am amazed that at the third maintenance, Audi service did not rotate the tires; after three years, all tires are in balance and well aligned.

After purchasing a vehicle through online, I found myself in a bit of a predicament when an issue arose with my car. The hassle of dealing with a third-party warranty was already daunting, but when I discovered that the warranty online car service claimed was valid had actually expired, I felt overwhelmed. They just use carfax for their data. However, my experience at Herb Chambers Jaguar completely turned that around. Brandon and the team were incredibly professional and understanding. The dealership's manager went above and beyond, allowing for a diagnostic despite the warranty situation, which truly eased my worries. When the coolant light indicator came on, I knew I had to address it immediately, and I'm so glad I went to Jaguar. Although I was frustrated to learn the warranty was exhausted, I appreciated the team’s diligence in checking the vehicle's status. They even noticed that a prepaid service was due and completed it for me without a hitch. This attention to detail and commitment to customer service was truly impressive. I ultimately decided against going through the hassle of resolving the warranty situation with the third party warranty that the online car service offers, as I plan to return the car to the online car service to swap out for another car. Yet, throughout this entire process, the staff at Herb Chambers Jaguar maintained professionalism and knowledge about their products and services, making it clear that they genuinely care about their customers. If you're looking for a dealership that knows the ins and outs of their business and has a great team, look no further than Herb Chambers Jaguar. 2019 Audi Q5 review
I purchased car November 2019. Took car in 1 month after buying for electronic issues. They fixed the problem and was fine. Now has another electronic problem. Will be taking it in for a third time to fix it They have not been able to correct it thus far.....other than that I love the car.

Traded in my Tahoe for this and have loved every minute driving this car! I have one in a car seat, and still have plenty of room. Such a smooth drive. I test drove so many cars and this by far beat them all. You get so much for the money, plus great safety ratings!

2023 Audi Q5 review
A drivers car... power to weight ratio is great with a smooth power curve during acceleration. The sport seat option with ventilated seats are firm and comfortable and interior features are rich and functional; everything is where we want it to be which enhances the driving experience. The sales process at North Scottsdale Audi was the best ever experienced with professional sales rep, finance, service and even a technical rep who came to our home to answer our questions about the Q5... Wow! We've now broken in the vehicle with in town driving and a road trip and the more we drive the Q5 the more we like it.

2023 Audi Q5 review
This is the quietest interior at 70 MPH that I have ever known. It is also very powerful and a joy to drive It handles like a sports car staying flat in turns at high speed and going exactly where you point it like it's glued to the road with no tire sequel . It's an amazing car and after owning more that 65 cars over the years this is by far the best.

It’s a good car but I have a antifreeze leak somewhere and I got it pressure tested and the shop found no leaks.It can get expensive buying antifreeze.
