In the past we owned a 2013 328. Loved that car. Purchased this 2019 430i a week ago. It’s basically the exact same car inside as it was in 2013. No real complaints, if it works it works I guess. Car still very comfortable and stylish looking. Handles very well, good power with the 2.0t. Look forward to having this car for years to come

Paint on hood looks like it is separating from clearcoat. Takes a very long time to get hot air from heater. Had to replace steering gear.

The car is a floating couch it’s so comfy! The tech is so cool and the big screen gets compliments all the time. Once you get use to its little quirks it’s an awesome car. I wish it charged a little quicker had better speakers and was a little more powerful but those three are fair trade offs for the value and comfort. Looks super cool too my nephew calls it a space car haha.. Good job Chevy!

They have always taken care of me and my car. Unfortunately my car came with a manufacture defect which has meant multiple visits to the dealership but they always been very nice to me and had put up with my nagging. Edson has taken care of my many times and his service is alway great.

I purchased my coupe in early 2009 and still have it. I just turned 147000 miles and the car is amazing. The vehicle is fast, smooth, comfortable for a sports car and sounds great. My only complaint is the dash board cracks over time and at this point hard to get a replacement.

For a luxury vehicle I cannot understand the low quality paint and glass on this car. Also having to manually fold in side mirrors? Why? Paint and windshield badly pitted.

Apple play used to connect but no longer does. Didn’t notice passenger door wasn’t installed properly until I took a road trip and the noise!!! Drivers side arm rest squeaks as though it’s about to come apart. Very noisy engine over 40 mph.

No car issues compared to previous cars I’ve had. Traveled from NJ to NYC for at least 9 months using this car. Only issue was getting new tires of how much I was traveling. 155k odo running like it’s brand new. $20 a week on gas. Traveling at least 24 miles 5x a week. Reliable, gas saver and comfortable car.

From 2021, when my Q60 was first transported to Infiniti of South Bay for system calibration work, and to date, the quality of services I've received is always spot-on and without equal. Without exception, my interactions with the entire staff have been nothing short of excellent! Regiment comes to mind, as they operate sort of in lockstep, as a cohesive team of seasoned professionals. And once again, Jerry Vargas performed a stellar job looking after my Q60's needs, added to being the only facility (from my research) to solve an engine area (chirping) noise issue which has plagued many "Q" owners. Clearly, a raise/promotion would be very much in order, IMHO. Lastly, I could best describe your facility/staff as a 5-Star Spa - For your vehicle! I purchased this car in the spring of 2022 for my teenager driver. This is a fantastic car for a young driver. It won't win any street races (nor do I want it to for a teen), gets fantastic mileage, is nimble (particularly nice for them parking at school) and is packed with features that you find on more expensive cars (such as wireless Apple Car Play0---which my wife's 2022 Audi Q3 doesn't even have). Add the long term warrant coverage and this is a very good buy. At just over $21k, I am very pleased with this car almost a year after buying it.

I have been a Toyota owner for 20+ years and have been pleased with the "past" quality, reliability and performance. I purchased a 2024 Camry SE about 2 months ago and I have noticed the quality has definitely declined in the newer years lots of cheap plastic and carpet is really cheap. The under carriage plastic splash guards are a total joke! I had to remove the cheap plastic guards because they were loaded with about 10 lbs. of road gravel and dirt "not" an easy job to do to remove all the plastic clips. other than that no complaints on the performance so far. The Camry gets pretty good gas mileage for a 2.5 litre 4 cylinder sedan.

I got the option to test drive a hybrid NX. And after driving it I can honestly say I'm much happier driving my NX350 gas version (I have a 2025 NX 350 Luxury). First I notice the hybrid felt under power, and then I realize that my gas version has a stronger engine with the turbo. Second the sound that the hybrid makes like a droning noise, did not like that. The driving experience on my gas feels great compare to the hybrid version. Now I did not do a road test with the plug in, but from everything I have heard that is the one to get. At this moment don't have a house, so gas is the best option for me. But after we buy our house then i feel like the plug in is the way to go, especially with the bigger horse power. And yes I understand the save in gas of a hybrid but I'm spending big money on NX and I want to enjoy the drive. If i want to save money then I will go for Toyota and save a lot more on gas. (the 350h is for people who want to save money on their gas bill and 200hp is enough as they want luxury from A to B and don't need it to be fun). So that for me is not a factor, for me is the drive and the comfortable of a luxury product. And yes I get it Lexus luxury ain't what it used to be many years ago, but in 2024 it's better then a Toyota luxury. Example RAV 4 limited vs NX luxury, I prefer to spend more money on the NX for the luxury level in todays market of 2024. So Luxury with a good driving experience are it for me...and of course the reliability of Toyota/Lexus makes it all the better then any other brand for me.
