Replacement part that was damaged prior to Buying and was Owed by Sales , that service took over after 2 attempts from sales teams to resolve issue.

I absolutely love mine in comfort I think that it could have been a little bit better but that's on long trips. Short trips the comfort is fine. My car was totaled and my airbags blew on my steering wheel and at my legs and I'm so glad that they did because I really would have gotten hurt without those airbags The seat belt also did its job very well and the brakes warning light came on first then the brakes came on the exact same time I was putting the brakes on a guy ran a stop sign and there really wasn't much I could do but hit him which it did total my car and I am now looking for another one of the exact same kind I want my car back I love my Honda Civic sport touring.

Visibility and size are what I need. 4WD, clearance for snow. Rather tight interior, not suitable for more than two. Auto Park is very confusing. Not auto parallel Park. Car will stop while backing out of parking space, won't move if a somewhat complex procedure is not followed.

Told us to bring our Prius in, and they topped off all of the fluids, and inspected our car NO CHARGE. No other dealer would be this GREAT, and extend such a COURTESY! If we move down here we WILL BUY our next vehicle from Gettel Toyota!!!

Turn signals do not have a loud sound. They are very low My 2016 Outback has nice loud turn signals. You cannot turn your radio off. The only way not to hear it is to put the sound real low. Two major complaints I have

I recently purchased my dream car from BMW of Ocala. It was my first ever car build according to my specifications and color choice, Vegas Red . Kevin and the entire dealership team went far beyond my expectations . From start to finish, everything was first class even to the red bow on my Red 2026 BMW convertible ! Kevin made sure that I was fully informed about all the special features and capabilities. My own special Genius walked me through the amazing safety features on my car . I felt so special !!!! I think for the most part, I like my car. I have had a couple issues, one of them is probably not the cars fault, (but seeing other people have the same issue, it makes me wonder) I now have 50k miles on it and in that time I have only had to replace the battery and tires, to be expected on a 6 year old car. (and windshield) The windshield is the questionable item. It seemed to crack out of nowhere and I thought I must have gotten a small rock chip while driving down the highway and just didn't see it until it started to crack. So I replaced it at a cost of almost $1000. However, I am on an Outback form and it seems to be a common complaint with outback owners of this year, having the windshield crack out of nowhere. Could it be the frame design? Maybe, but it does seem suspicious that others have had the same issue. One other problem I have had is if I let my car sit unused for like 5 days, the battery goes completely dead. There seems to be a parasitic drain somewhere on the car. It doesn't happen if I drive it every day, but if it sits for about 5 days unused, the battery goes completely dead. I have read it has something to do with the DCS system in the car, but you have to pay the dealer a diagnostic fee to verify. I drive it enough I have not gotten it checked, but next time I am at the dealer I am going to ask them about it.

I did an extensive research on Japanese SUV’s and I kept coming back to the Mazda CX5. This vehicle is beautiful inside and out and is amazingly smooth and quiet. It also has really good handling and plenty of power even with the 4 cylinder. I think Mazda gives the best bang for the buck of all the Japanese car brands. I highly recommend the Mazda CX5.

So far I have been pleased with the performance of my Rogue. It just turned 20,000 miles. I'm reading some of the negative reviews and wondering if they take proper care of their vehicles. Time will tell if the 3 cylinder turbo is a winner.

I've owed the rogue SV for some 9 months and I'm very pleased with the ride, performance and reliability . Prior to me purchased this car I rented a bunch of competitors to narrow down my choice. The Rogue has alot of features that really come in handy. It's a very thought out vehicle. On long highway trips it holds the road very steadily at 90 MPH and my gas consumption was in the low 40's. For the money to me it's the best value out there

Bought this car as a retired couple to travel in. Lots of room for anything you need to carry while traveling or shopping. Also used to do day road trips with two more couples. Easy for us oldies to get in the second and third row seats, or go on outings with up to 7 people. Love the charging ports for everyone in the car. It has been a very dependable vehicle.

Darrin Grant was the most personable and easy going sales person! He got us what we wanted for our trade and sat with us in the back seat of the car introducing us to the car, like connecting our phones and going over the options on the dashboard. He helped us for 15 or 20 minutes. He then told us to call him from home anytime we have a question about the car and he would talk us through it. 10 out of 10!

I bought my 2020 Enclave new and have been totally pleased. It rides better gets better mpg smoother more quiet and a much better ‘road car’ than the compatible Mercedes and BMW company cars I’ve driven. The tranny seems to be in the best gear more often without the annoying hard downshifts. The only option I wish Buick would offer is a third seat delete… I very seldom use the 3rd seats. It would be nice if they were removable like my Rendezvous seats which offered much more cargo space without them. The excellent road manners and smooth quiet ride shortens my 450 mile trip to my daughter’s house…. And I made it there without stopping for gas! 16.3 gal to go 451 miles… on a 310hp engine. I always liked my Chevy Caprices… but this Enclave is actually better and no problems just like the Caprices.

Luxurious car but the tech interface is a disaster (especially voice recognition, but also latency and general UI), and I bought the car only for the tech so I am disappointed.
