This was my first service experience at Land Rover Naples. Michael Cabrera, my Service Advisor, was professional, friendly, thorough, and very knowledgable. As it was a 60,000 mile service with additional parts being ordered, he ensured I was provided with a new loaner to use throughout, and notified me as soon as my car was ready for pick up. Based upon this experience, I would not hesitate to use Land Rover Naples' service department again. However, I do wish they would redesign the pick up/drop off area. Both times, it was chaotic and quite difficult to find parking. Clients and porters were jockeying for space to both maneuver and park (the service drive was full) and the lane beside it had cars parked there, leaving only one lane in which to get through both ways. Definitely not what one would expect from a luxury car dealership. Needs immediate attention.
