Good customer service. However I was never talking to or getting messages from the same person. And I had to leave voice messages most of the times. However I was pleased with the outcome and their flexibility.

I bought my midrange 2018 Tesla 3 in Dec 2018. Although the battery is not impressive range wise, this car has been so impressive over the more that 4 years I've owned it. The comfort, quietness, amazing sound system, make it effortless. Every drive is like the first (although w many updates on power, even faster) drive at delivery date. I have over 70,000 miles on it and have not had any issues that are major. I have bought 1 set of tires and had rocks hit me so 3 windshields, all paid with insurance. We have taken this Tesla on so many road trips to Houston, Yosemite, Zion NP, Las Cruces, Sedona, Phoenix and San Fransisco from SoCal. We just traded in my husband's 2018 3 on a 2021 3 AWD/Dual motor for our longer trips and bc we were losing our HOV tags. All in all these are fantastic cars and we keep buying them. Can't imagine how much we are saving in gas, probably $1.600 a month since we are professional musicians and drive so much!

Let me tell you about AUDI/VW Marin: From the moment I walked in to the moment I left I had a beyond stellar experience. I originally went in to get my Audi serviced, but when I realized that the repairs would cost more than the car is worth, I decided to get another vehicle from VW/Audi in Marin The moment I walked in, I worked with my sales person, Isaac Helsabo, and he was very kind and informative and extremely helpful in finding the right vehicle for me. I ended up choosing a Volkswagen Tiguan and in less than 5 minutes we were out on the road test driving it and i was beyond excited to get the ball rolling on getting it. We then went back in to discuss more about the numbers and not only was he patient and kind, some of the other salesman we’re going to get their lunch and to my surprise they ended up getting me a Subway sandwich as well! It came out a perfect time because I was starving by that hour! They didn’t have to do that, but they did. Talk about going the extra mile I mean wow! And after working with Issac i went to the finance manager, Emad and the stellar experience continued. Not only did he help me get everything signed, he took the time to explain to me page by page what i was signing. All with kindness and patience. I mean what more could one ask for? 12 out of 10. Would definitely buy my next car from there!

I test drove this vehicle and it drove so smoothly, felt so comfortable, and i was amazed at the price. It had interior features that one expects from Lexus, and more importantly, it has a number of safety features that have prevented bumps and accidents. I cannot say enough good things about this car.

The best way to describe the driving experience of my GLI S: 1. It combines the steering and road feel from a classic 4000cs Quattro or Corrado SLC with 21 century safety equipment and tasty DSG (if you haven't driven one of these go find a 99 Audi A4 2.8 Quattro and drive it) 2. A proven VW/Audi 2.0t mill with oodles of power you will even need for city and highway driving 3. Understated(I don't need to impress you to be amazing) teutonic stying that will age well 4. It can easily haul your family and groceries around 5. It has an impressive warranty (only KIA tops it). 6. Haldex mech diff is a technological marvel that makes you not miss buying a cop a4 or 3 series. 7. It has more personality than any bimmer product I have driven 8. Nothing comes close to it's driving dynamics and steering feel. NOTHING. Everything else (Accord GT, Camry TRD, K5, Sonata, etc) are not in the same league for this price point. All for under 30k The negatives (they are some worrisome niggles) 1. Plasticky interior. Noticeable cost cutting. Not an Audi interior. 2. There are some interior quality control issues like minor rattles and buzzing coming from the driver's side and rear view mirror 3. Reliability remains questionable as the car ages like most of the VW's I have owned in the past. Lease it. Buy only if you can haggle and get a low cap cost. 4. Resale value is not a strong suit. 5. It will not be close to being as reliable as it's competition. 6. VWoA customer service is not great.

An eye-catching Lambo can be an issue during these times of "share the wealth". It was a little more of an ego-boost when people would simply ooh and ahh instead of trying to grab a piece of your pie. Still, it's a wonderful mode of transpo within our gated community or off-roading in Beverly Hills.

Just bought this car a couple of days ago and I’ve driven Audi’s and BMW’s, but this SUV is by far, the best. It has a ton of features and safety options that make it so much better than any other vehicle in its class. My car is a 2019 CPO &only had 11,000 miles when I bought it.

How outstanding is the 4th Generation GS 350? It’s so exceptional that I just purchased my third one in eight years. My first was a ‘14 Sport and it was fantastic. During the early part of COVID when car sales were in decline I was at a Lexus dealership and they had a CPO ‘17 non-F Sport with 18k miles for sale and I was able to trade-in my 90k mike F-Sport, put no money down, reduce my payment by $30 per month. After a couple of years I really missed the performance of the F Sport, and the comfort of the 16 way adjustable leather seats. So, I recently traded in the ‘17 for another ‘14 F Sport. I’ve driven just about everything else that’s out there and I always come back to Lexus for the build quality, reliability, value, ease of city driving, and of course the performance of Sport+ when the roads beckons me to dig in. And this is easily a 200,000 mile automobile if you find one that was well maintained up to now. Now that the GS has been discontinued, you can find immaculate examples from $20k -$35k, depending on how important mileage is to you. I highly recommend limiting yourself to only authorized dealers or private parties with complete maintenance history because otherwise there’s simply too much avoidable risk. If you need the extra status and luxury appointments that come with BMW, Mercedes, or Audi there are plenty of pre-owned examples out there. Just be prepared for the cost of ownership.

I bought this car used about a month ago for a commuter and I've only filled up once. The fuel efficiency is slightly below 60mpg. It's a comfy drive, interior is plush, and the exterior styling is beautiful.

This car is extremely dependable and gets looks all the time. Its also sooo much fun to drive. Its great on gas as well. One of the last struck shifts still available

I owned the 2016 Mazda 3 i sport since 2017; I got it used from Velocity Mazda in Tyler with ~30,000 miles on it. It had always served me well. The only maintenance I did on it were tire replacements, oil changes, and once the motorized lift gate broke and I was unable to open the trunk for a while. The Mazda dealership fixed it pretty quickly. Recently I was in a 3 car accident in which the pickup behind me slammed me into the pickup in front of me. The safety features of this car allowed the front and back to crumple, but the cab was fully intact. This could have been a fatal wreck if the car was not so well designed. Even my service dog in the back seat came out completely unscathed. The car was roomier than the car I had owned before it, and the media system was easy to navigate, with the control panel being easy to reach and use while driving. I would recommend this car to anyone. The only reason I am not buying another one is that I would like to have more cargo space as my needs in life are changing.

Purchased this with only 5000 miles on it from Audi dealer whose sales person was original owner. Agree with the previous review about what a great car this is. The comparable BMW M series and Mercedes AMG have even more muscle and more growl, but this car has much better everyday comfort and style and still is a tiger in performance RS mode. I get 0 to 60 in 3.6 secs with good tires. I have a 2018 S5 Sportback which I prefer for longer highway drives where its softer ride, better cargo space and economy, but extra power when you need it, are an advantage, but the 2021 (minimally changed for 2022) RS5 is my fun car and what I take for road rallies in the mountains and for HPDEs on the track. 2.9L twin turbo is a marvel with more HP and torque that older V8 RS5 models. Both cars have been very reliable. Great Audi tech, of course, with impeccable interior, awesome B&O audio system and the recently government approved LED-laser matrix headlamps.

I loved the no hassle and great price on warranties. I would recommend CarMax to everyone.

The car feels and drives amazing. I’m absolutely in love with my new Volvo S60. It’s got way more features than my sisters 2017 Malibu that’s for sure 😂🤣. And the satellite remote start and locking doors are absolutely amazing.

Used a lot of words like transparent, and world class service, but took forever to finally come out and and say the list price plus tax and licenses and fees is the final price on all their used cars. So no haggling. How was I to know that if it’s not disclosed right up front. I understand after they explained to me it’s their way of fighting back against the poor reputation of used car salespeople. The price is the price sir. Caught me by surprise. In my past experience no one in their right mind would offer the asking price at a used car dealer. Not aware of the situation I researched the vehicle and offered 10 percent below their out the door list price. i was promptly and politely told there was no negotiation on price. The difference was only $1,100 but I was soured to the purchase having first set my maximum price and made my offer expecting, like many times before, to have the dealer meet my offer and come back with a price somewhere in the middle ground. It was a disconcerting experience. More so because I wanted this old car for nostalgic reasons. Nonetheless, I passed buying at the full list price plus tax, license and fees feeling discombobulated. It’s three weeks now since the car first went up for sale there and I can’t help wonder if my pricing wasn’t more accurate than their without room for negotiation pricing? It is after all their car and they will sell it for whatever price they deem appropriate. Sadly, not to me.
