Great dealership to purchase a vehicle from! Everyone from the sales staff to the finance department was professional and created a non stressful car buying experience. I would highly recommend this dealership and will be definitely going back there when I am in the market for another vehicle in the future.
They were great to deal with able to buy the car within 5 TXT messages and they were on there way to deliver the car within 2 hours and a I live an hour and a half from the dealership. Great buying experience.

Fast car inspection and replacement of the battery

My battery failed after owning my KIA for two years, a month and a few days. My car was towed to Hilltop Ford/KIA under warranty and the problem identified: battery was replaced at cost of $154.40. I had thought something more serious was the case. Mr. Danny Roque, Service Manager, was very concerned, attentive and helpful in my obtaining a refund on additional towing charges, due to the fact that Oakland KIA, the nearest KIA dealer to San Francisco, could not store and inspect my car for eight (8) days after I contacted them. Hilltop KIA was able to inspect the car, replace the battery, wash my car and transport me to and from a BART station, all within thirty hours after I first contacted them by telephone. I greatly appreciate his assistance and the good service I received.
I had a wonderful experience buying my new car at Hansel Subaru. I originally intended to get a used car, but when that didn't fit my needs, it was suggested by salesman Corey McGoldrick that I look at the 2017 Subaru Impreza Hatchback. Not only did that fit my needs perfectly, but it was in the same price range as the used car I originally came in to see. I love my Subaru and since buying it, many, many of my friends and acquaintances have raved about their wonderful experience as a Subaru owner. I'm happy to be in the Subaru family and look forward to many years as a satisfied owner.
I traveled 12 hours to Santa Rosa from Carpinteria to purchase my 2017 Subaru Outback 3.6 Touring car from Freeman Lexus. My Subaru was a trade in and I couldn't be happier with the assistance I received from Greg Adair, internet sales manager. Greg made sure that my car purchase went smoothly and that my Subaru Outback was washed and ready to go upon my arrival at Freeman Lexus. When I discovered that my Subaru was missing it's cargo cover Greg sent me a brand new cargo cover. I highly recommend buying a car from Greg Adair and Freeman Lexus.
The Bodyshop at Freeman, is one of the best experiences I've had at any auto service facility-They were friendly, respectful, and made me feel welcome. Also very down to earth and patient-They helped me to unravel a previous Body Shop's mistakes, and even provided a ton of excellent pictures of the repairs they made, so that I could share them with the previous (very mediocre) body shop, and was able to used to help in working towards a settlement with the first shop-Literally Freeman restored my faith in auto repair shops, and helped me to resolve a frustrating car related conundrum.

I don't often write reviews but I think it's important to share when someone receives service as great as the service I received. I lived in Healdsburg for twenty years before moving to Southern California. I recently sold my car and was interested in leasing an IS 200t. I initially called a local Southern California dealership and shared what I was looking for. I am one to do lots of research prior to making a decision on something like a new car so I was very specific about what I wanted. Long story short, the dealership in Southern California lied to me about not being able to get the car that I wanted because of the time of year and then tried to get me to lease last year's model in a color that I didn't want. I decided to call Freeman Lexus and see what they could offer. When I called, less than an hour before closing on a Friday evening, Greg answered the phone. I explained exactly what I wanted. He was so friendly and helpful. He had exactly what I wanted on the lot and emailed me with lease terms before he left that evening. I couldn't have asked to get a more helpful guy on the phone. The next morning I called him to let him know that I'd booked a flight up north for the following weekend and would be there to pick up the car. I was so amazed at how easy he made everything. Nothing was a hassle and customer service was very obviously number one to him. I flew up on a Saturday evening and arrived at the dealership on Sunday morning. Greg came in an hour before they opened to meet with me and get all of the paperwork done, even though it was his day off! I worked with Ian in financing who was beyond friendly and helpful. He shared options with me and helped me to select an additional insurance package that was well worth the money. Bill assisted with showing me all of the bells and whistles on the car which keyed me in to all that the car could do. He was cheery and really great at sharing all of the cool features on the car. Even the rest of the staff, who had no interaction with me other than in passing, thanked me for choosing their dealership and made me feel as if they really valued all of their customers. I cannot say enough about Greg, Ian, and Bill. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy or lease a Lexus. I will be back in three years for my next lease even though its a ten hour drive for me each direction. If I could give them a higher rating, I would!
Great dealership. All of their sales people are professional and patient with all the customers. They will work with you on your budget and do not sell you on add-ons you don't need. Chris the manager is one of the best in town. Highly recommend.
I came to the dealership looking for a fully loaded Countryman S All4 John Bremner assisted me with locating this car in inventory, the car was off site at a close by location. My brother and I drove with John in another car to that garage location, once arrived we say that beautiful Cherry Black Metallic color and saw the interior and fell in love with the car. John B let us drive the car in a close distance near the dealership, after driving I signed the credit app and credit disclosure and told him "Lets do this!" John B had appointment with another customer so I was turned over to meet Akiba Anker the General Sales Manager. Akiba mentioned to me the process and how long it would take from BMW Financial (Mini) to get the approval. Akiba was busy himself too helping his staff so I definitely commend him multi-tasking. After some 10-15 minutes I went into finance with my brother and I to meet Aaron (Mini Finance Manager), Aaron was processing the paperwork, I got Lease Protection and Tire and Wheel so I don't have to worry about any expenses during or at the end of the lease. So highly recommend new and existing buyers to have those amounts rolled over into the loan of the lease. It increased my payment by another $55-$60 however at least I'm covered for Lease Protection ($5000k) max and also Tire and Wheel if I bend my rims or if I get a nail in my tires. You would be a fool if you didn't get these insurance, unless your rich and have extra money lying around like Scrooge McDuck swimming in a money bin. All together the buying experience was awesome at Mini of San Franciso.
Everything was very fast and easy. Sales men were very friendly, and actually were willing to work with you. Good deals were offered. They followed up after making sure everything went well. Highly recommend!
I've been wanting a MINI Cooper ever since the new models came out 15 or so years ago. "B" was very helpful with all aspects of my visit, including the test drive and other logistics. My blue MINI Hatch (2011, 6-spd manual) is in great shape and I'm loving it!
I don???t have much patience for the sales process because I research before I arrive and know what I like and don???t so usually don???t enjoy the process. Mark Wilson changed that for me. He was excellent in his knowledge, his respect for what I cared about and his willingness to be flexible in how the process was conducted if that was important to me. He went above and beyond every step of the way.
