BMW of CatonsvilleReviews
BMW of Catonsville review
We recently purchased a used BMW 3 Series vehicle from this dealership and were, overall, very pleased with the level of service we received. The sales person, Jae Lim, was extremely professional, helpful and knowledgeable. He was excellent at communication - keeping us informed every step of the way. Because we indicated our interest in purchasing the car very soon after it was listed (before its state inspection) and the large distance we were from the dealership, we were able to make arrangements for the car to be held with a deposit until it was ready to be sold. We appreciate Jae and the management of BMW of Catonsville working with us to ensure that we ended up with the vehicle. They took care of all the issues that resulted from the inspection with no qualms. They also gave us a fair value for our trade in. The only complaint that we may have had was minor in nature. Since it appeared that we were locked into buying this particular vehicle, it was not necessarily detailed to the level that we were used to seeing with other used vehicles that have purchased. This is a minor issue, however, and not one we felt obligated to bring up to the dealership. Overall, this was a very positive experience and we would recommend this dealership and, in particular, Jae Lim, to others.

BMW of CatonsvilleReviews
BMW of Catonsville review
We had a great experience with the team at BMW of Catonsville. Jae was outstanding throughout the process. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping us find the right vehicle. He took the time to walk us through different options, explain the tradeoffs, and help us get a deal we felt good about. Anthony and Eric Lovo were both very helpful in finalizing the deal, and Mark in finance made the closing process smooth and straightforward, clearly explaining everything along the way. We really appreciated the time and effort everyone put into making this a positive experience. If you're considering a BMW, I would personally recommend asking for Jae. He was a pleasure to work with, and we'd gladly work with him and the team again.

Passport BMW review
I purchased a Portimao Blue certified pre-owned 2025 BMW I4 xDrive40, after trading in my Aventurin Red 2024 BMW X3. I called and spoke with someone named Teric, explained what I was looking to do. He said the car was available and to come by... he'll have it ready outside for me to test drive. This was 11:30AM on a Saturday, seemed very nice and we started texting to keep each other in the loop. I texted over my VIN and mileage ahead of time on my X3. Went to eat lunch and headed over and met 1:15pm, as planned. I gave him the keys to the X3, we went for a test drive... I loved the car. I showed then the quote I got from Carmax, they not only matched it but came up on the trade offer being they couldn't budge on the sales price. At the end of the day, they earned my business and were extremely cordial throughout the process. Purchased the vehicle at a fair price, they got a great trade in vehicle in return. Also, finance office did not try to sell me on anything... this was such a great car buying experience. And as someone who plans to stay with the brand, I will be coming back here for my next purchase. I live closer to the Silver Spring BMW dealership, literally 10 min away. But I will put up with the 40 minutes of traffic on my way to Passport BMW, because this is how the car buying experience should go!

Passport BMWReviews
Passport BMW review
Jon Garrett, Sales Consultant at Passport BMW, exceeded my expectations. From my first inquiry about the 2026 BMW X3, Jon was responsive and knowledgeable. He showed real passion for his work and care for his customers. The process was efficient and stress-free. Jon respected my time and completed the transaction in a couple of hours, as promised. Jon’s professionalism and warmth made the experience enjoyable. He introduced me to Jay, the finance manager, who was also outstanding. Jay’s expertise and attention to detail stood out. He explained everything transparently and made sure I felt confident and informed. His professionalism made the paperwork process smooth and pleasant. Neb, a true BMW guru, took the time to walk me through every new feature of my X3. He answered all my questions with patience and enthusiasm. Neb made me feel comfortable with the technology and genuinely excited about my new car. While training Marie, who was also exceptionally professional and eager to learn, Neb ensured nothing was overlooked. Their teamwork and support were evident. I felt I was in the best possible hands. The Passport BMW team exceeded my expectations in every way. This was my best BMW purchase yet—I've bought six before. I deeply appreciate the care, expertise, and dedication from Jon, Jay, Neb, and Marie. I highly recommend them to anyone wanting a world-class car-buying experience. I look forward to working with them again and will share my positive experience with friends and family. Thank you to the entire team for making my experience outstanding and unforgettable.

BMW of Silver Spring review
Jacob Jay and the rest hole staff at BMW of Silver Spring were amazing to work with… I was coming from 4hrs away so accurate information was essential to the process. Jacob was honest, efficient with communication, and courteous in all interactions. He was very knowledgeable and knew where to get the right answers to questions when he didn’t have it handy. This was a great experience and I highly recommend him!

BMW of Silver Spring review
Had a great experience at bmw silver spring. My man Jacob Jay called me just to let me know they had a car I was looking for. I drove all the way from NC to Maryland. He helped along the way, very professional, very nice, never pushy. Did a great job honestly nothing but positive experience. Good price I would say also, very solid deal he got for me.
