First time financing anything in my own name. I'm 24 and I had no idea what I was doing, and I was fully braced to get taken for a ride. The finance woman walked me through the whole contract line by line, including the parts that weren't in her interest to explain. I understood what I signed, which apparently isn't a given.

This dealer hands down is the best BMW dealer you can go to. Hands down. How do I know? Well let’s just say I had VERY bad (multiple times) experiences with a Florida BMW dealer and would rather bring my cars to my home in NJ and service them here. I have 5 BMWs and can do the work myself but I run a business so time is limited. Bridgewater does the work right every time - I don’t have to second guess them. Don’t believe me? Look at their reviews or just stop by. I use Jose as my advisor and he’s great.

I think that the current group of advisors is excellent, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. It is a stressful job with lots of demands but never once did i feel ignored. We should remember that a bit of politeness and good attitude goes a long way.
