Good cars, excellent variety, friendly staff. Pricing is "transparent and competitive", but allows little in negotiating. Overall, a good experience. Warranty covers 5 days and 300 miles. Based on that, I did not do a PPI other than my own walk around. Clutch slave gave out at 170 miles and 3 days. I had it towed at my expense ($258). The Sales team has worked to resolve this and I appreciate it (although not offering to pay for the tow). The Service team tried to blame me as being rough on the car. . .really? Right out of the gate you want to blame the customer. How about replacing the clutch fluid since there was no indication it has ever been done? Water and corrosion were likely. Then the service rep tried to tell me it worked fine when they (service) did the pre-sale inspection. Also told me clutches and associated components were't covered. Appears service and sales are separate entities that may not work well together? Can't say, but that's what I was told and there seems to be a disconnect. Either way, I expect to have the car back soon. I will update this response as needed. As of today, Sales is driving the solution and has done the right thing. Pending the resolution, I would buy here again.

He wanted to show me all the features of my new 2025 Sahara, but I wasn’t really interested! lol He was a patient and thorough sales guy, and you would do well to work with him if you’re purchasing a jeep or Dodge/Chrysler product. The dealership must only give deals at the end of the month because I had to work hard for this deal…wasn’t Jason though…it was the manager! But…in the end, I’m glad it all worked out and Jason got the sale.
2025 BMW 228 Gran Coupe review
So far so good with this purchase of a dealer loaner car after the first 1000 miles. Nearly all of it has been highway miles on the return trip to LA from Las Vegas after purchase and a recent round trip LA-Las Vegas. Really smooth highway drive, The engine doesn't sound like it's laboring at all. Excellent fuel mileage so far as well.I haven't done much local driving yet. I hope it remains as comfortable as it has felt so far. (I went from an X2 to a sedan). If you're not used to it, the touch features on the dash might take some getting used to. The truck is smaller than I've been used to. Overall, I'm very pleased.

My salesman Russ walked me through the purchase with kid gloves. He patiently waited till I was completely comfortable with the terms and most of all never once made me fear of losing the car I wanted. Absolutely no pressure at all and this made my experience pleasant and most of all I grew to trust him like I have known him forever. I am a Real Estate Broker and I know what a Hard Sell is. He treated me as I would a first time homebuyer. Once I was ready came in Orlando to finish the deal. His humor and relationship with Russ made me feel comfortable and secure. Orlando did his job with explaining the Options and was never pushy and enjoyable to work with. The end process is what everyone warns you about. With Orlando he took what I wanted and listened to my concerns and made it work. No I did not buy them All but I took the ones that made since for me. Honestly a pleasure to work with these guys!!! Only four stars for financing/Buying Process as they lowballed my FJ Cruiser. Thats an emotional opinion :)

I purchased my BMW at BMW of Delray Beach and have been super pleased with the service - from building the car to delivery - and now the actual service. Upon entry to the service bay I was greeted by associates who directed me to the waiting area and checked me in. It is a comfortable waiting area with a fully stocked coffee bar, wide seats, and plenty of outlets. My service manager, Jason Trask, was super professional, friendly, and polite. He explained what would be happening, the costs associated, and the time expectations. When additional needs arose, he sought me out, reviewed, and immediately had the paperwork ready to move forward. The video showed damage to my tire that would require replacement; the service person was super kind and walked me over (and back) to show me what he had video'd as I could only partially see through the large glass wall. Jason then spoke to him, came to retrieve me, and was knowledgeable and genuine, providing information in a respectful, service-oriented manner, resetting my expectations for the timeframe, and handling what was necessary. I live very close to a competitive BMW dealership and service center - and pass at least one other one - on my way to BMW of Delray Beach. I must say, the professionals make it worth it ALL DAY LONG.

The other reviews here are penny ante, very minor stuff. I asked Lisandro for an out the door price and I got it fast, with options to help me with financing and shipping. Most other dealers are very slow and never give that price. Performance Mitsubishi's price was $12000 more than advertised. Give both a chance and you will do business with Lisandro. Spend a couple minutes and see. Besides being GREAT to deal with, test drive the Outlander. It drives better than the Rogue and is crazy cheaper than Toyota. It is nicer inside too. Don't buy a turbo gas car. They don't last as long. Buy an Outlander from Lisandro and you will get the deal and be happy with your car.
