Anthony and Gary were a life saver! They got me in sooner than later because I was over due on my oil change. Their new service department and lounge was very nice and made me feel at home. Will be back in 3 months for another oil change!

I guess if anything could have been improved, it would be the shoulder room of the front seats. Then again, they have the 5 Series for that...

I had work done on my Hyundai Sonata on February 17, 2025 and Josh Durdaller was the Service Advisor. Josh was very courteous & greeted me cheerfully as I approached the desk to do the paperwork for maintenance on my car. Later on he let me know that certain services needed to be done on my car to keep it in good working order. He patiently explained all the work that needed to be done and how long it had been since I had had those services performed. And Josh was right - the services he recommended did need to be done. I trust Josh because I have worked with him throughout the years and he always been honest and straightforward with me. He is very professional in his work. I was very pleased with the sales and trade in process. Robert Cranston, Sales, Mike King, Finance, and Yari, BMW genius, were all very cordial, supportive, and knowledgeable. The only problem was with the final delivery as the promised detail was substandard. There were exterior areas that were unevenly polished and others that were not touched at all. This does not reflect well on the dealership despite my excellent experience with the sales process.

Took my 2019 Porsche Macan for routine maintenance at Porsche Bellevue on January 2, 2026, it was a smooth process. The advisor Nicole was very friendly and took her time to explain what was needed to be done. During the service the mechanic sent me a video showing the condition of the undercarriage. The car was ready as promised . Overall it was a very positive experience, I highly recommend Porsche Bellevue.
