AutoNation Toyota Gulf Freeway review
I selected the vehicle and in between them, transferring it to their lot lost my credit card and was unable to put down my deposit and they held the car until I got my new credit card in and was able to make the down payment. During that time, they never called and pressured me But stayed in touch every two or three days. I’m very impatient and I made that clear. I wanted to get in and out and not be herded from one group of people to another group of people and so forth and so on. From the time I walked in to the time I walked out with the vehicle was 36 minutes. I purchased a preowned vehicle Which I’ve never done with a dealer and I’m very pleased with the vehicle. My personal experience was Excellent.

...and would still have it if field mice hadn't eaten through the electrical system and totaled it (thank you, State Farm). The car was perfect in every way. I guess if anything could have been improved, it would be the shoulder room of the front seats. Then again, they have the 5 Series for that...

CarMax Garland review
I saw a 2014 Silverado LTZ that had all the features I had been looking for. I set my mind to drive up and look at the truck (I opted not to transfer as I had family in the area I intended to visit). The hold process is GREAT. It's a quick click and I knew the vehicle was going to be there after I drove the 3 hours to look at it. I worked with Chris Biggs and he was great. We talked options on the truck and for financing (they beat my credit union's offer). He was incredibly friendly to be around and my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed talking to him as we waited on our financing offers. He was thorough in making sure we had all the facts and options. If I had anyone in the area looking to buy, I would send them to Chris in a heartbeat. Then I know they'd have a good experience and be completely taken care of.
