Love love love working with this group. From discussions via email with Michael to buying my i3 from Adam, who jumped in to show me around when Michael was off. I had a great tutorial on my fabulous new electric BMW with Kai about a month after I purchased the car. It is amazing and so is this great team!
I've had my 2016 BMW 535iX GT since November. I ordered it so I could get the color and options I wanted, and have been very pleased with my experience. Hansel's sales staff took good care of me during this process, which took about three-months. Since taking delivery in November, I have used their service department once, to cure a noisy windshield wiper issue. They accurately diagnosed and fixed this problem under warranty, and while I waited. I also made a recent visit to spend an hour with one of their "BMW experts" to have them show me a few things that I hadn't yet discovered about my new car. Both of these recent visits have been 100% positive, and I can highly recommend Hansel BMW!
Since moving to the area in 2009 I have bought three BMWs at this dealership. They do an outstanding job in both Sales and Service. Service managers are extremely courteous, helpful and well-informed. I highly recommend them.
