He immediately understood what maintenance my vehicle needed and clearly explained what could be postponed based on how little I drive. Honesty is extremely important to me, and Tim was completely transparent throughout the process. I felt confident that all work was completed properly and that my vehicle was in good hands.

The BMW 330i from 2017 is my favorite BMW it has just enough legroom for me and my family but what I do not like about it is that it does not have a moonroof and the CID screen is too small and there is not very much AC controls in the back.

I loved this car but move into a convertible. Never had an issue with it. Garaged all winter. The car was maintained only by BMW and driven only in the spring and summer.

This car meets all of my needs! It has perfect leg room and also drives smoothly! Both the interior and exterior has beautiful colors. Love it!

Most importantly they solved my issue the same day. But almost as important, they arranged for transportation for me to get back home and be productive while the work was being done back at the dealership. I also appreciate the video updates and the ability to choose which recommmended services I want with a few taps on my phone.

What a great car! I love everything about it. Very fun to drive and amazing exterior and interior design. I highly recommend purchasing a BMW.

Fantastic experience working with these guys!! I worked with Craig and he was great to work with and was able to get me into a new (to me) car that I loved and offer me a fair price for my trade in. What a wonderful service department. My Optima had a pretty major problem. Brian made sure to keep me updated every step of the process Every step was done when he said it would be done. I have never been treated so well at any dealership and I've been to quiet a few (I'm an old guy.) I can't say enough nice things about Fowler's service department. Excellent, knowledgeable, honest and friendly service! I can't believe how professional they are. It sure gives me comfort owning Kia products in knowing if I need something there is support long after purchasing their cars. I hope they get the recognition for the excellent service. They really work hard at keeping their customers happy. I would recommend them 10/10.

Recently I had to get a newer car and believe me I was stressed because of the situation but when I went to CarMax which this is my second car from them it was once again amazing to work with them! I had the pleasure of working with 2 amazing sales associates. Helen Mayo who was my main sales associate and Cheyeene Toliver who helped out my wife and myself when Helen was off! They both were very kind and helpful and made the process an ease! I was thinking of other options but since they were amazing I went with them instead if your looking for a car I highly recommend you ask for either of these two women they are a great help!

I was willing to pay Carmax’ $199 to ship a Subaru Ascent to Memphis. When I tried to send in that payment it got rejected. No amount of effort on my part was able to get it to go. So I gave up.
