Used 2017 BMW 330 for sale near West Springfield, MA

Most importantly they solved my issue the same day. But almost as important, they arranged for transportation for me to get back home and be productive while the work was being done back at the dealership. I also appreciate the video updates and the ability to choose which recommmended services I want with a few taps on my phone.

The BMW 330i from 2017 is my favorite BMW it has just enough legroom for me and my family but what I do not like about it is that it does not have a moonroof and the CID screen is too small and there is not very much AC controls in the back.

Jim (Sales) and Christian (Finance) were fantastic to work with at West Side Lexus. I worked with Jim during the week to secure a Saturday appointment. Arrived at 1109a and was driving off the lot in my “new to me” car at 12:35p. Everyone there was friendly and the customer waiting area is great, lots of space and a pretty decent hot chocolate in their fancy coffee machine :D 10/10 recommend

I loved this car but move into a convertible. Never had an issue with it. Garaged all winter. The car was maintained only by BMW and driven only in the spring and summer.

Fantastic experience working with these guys!! I worked with Craig and he was great to work with and was able to get me into a new (to me) car that I loved and offer me a fair price for my trade in. All I can say is GREAT things for this company and Andy Rosales as a salesman. I came here looking for a low mileage nice Golf. I didn’t have an appointment but Andy Rosales came out right away and came across as an acquaintance/friend rather than a salesman right off the bat, and didn’t try to push a sale on me at all. Just asked if I wanted to look and test drive some. I test drove 4 cars, and Andy was super nice about letting me test drive all the vehicles I wanted to look at. they had 3 options on site and another at another location here in the springs. I just came to test drive the first day and was planning on going home and sleeping on it. And they had no problem with that and just provided a phone number to reach out. No pushy salesman tactics you see at most auto dealers, by the salesman, manager, or financing manager. I came back the next morning to talk numbers. I did my research on the vehicle and they were very transparent with me throughout the whole process. Like any dealership, negotiation skills are helpful, but I truly believe based off my experience that this dealership is truly not out to scam you. I got the EXACT car I wanted, for a veryyy competitive price. I am 100% coming back here as far as I’m concerned.

My wife and I recently purchased a Porsche at West Broward Porsche and we were extremely happy with the professional service that we got from Kurk Richardson and Payton Downy. They were both extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We live much closer to another dealership however, we heard such positive feedback from our friends about their experience at West Broward Porsche so we did decided to make the drive and it was definitely worth it.
