This car exceeded all of my expectations! It is an M-Sport and has the optional M-Power package and is a mini M4! Fun to drive, hardtop convertible for those summer afternoons and has all the features of a modern BMW.

I came to look for my next car. I was greeted by Mark I don't remember his last name. He was great very polite and professional. He shows me some of the cars he knew what he was talking about and i didn't feel like he was there just to make a sale. Unfortunately i didn't buy this time due to the fact that I will need to sale my car first. But i diffnatly comming back and buying a car .

Pros: - hardtop convertible is perfect - excellent engine, steering, suspension, and brakes - fantastic options like HUD, warm-air neck vents, 360 parking view - they got the looks right, this car turns heads Cons: - trunk space/access could be easier, but honestly it's better than 90% of convertibles - should have been offered with a manual transmission

Perfect car for empty nesters that like to travel. No problems ever, enjoy the engine’s power and smoothness. Great roadholding but if you drive it in the snow - invest in snow tires!

I have to come back and provide an update. When the Actual General Manager, Sam heard my story he called me and immediately went into action. He apologized for the experience and told me to bring the car back. He offered me 3 options, and said he was here to help and he wanted me to know that he would find out who the last person I had spoke to. He assured me that he would help, and that Napleton prides themselves on doing good buisness. I can tell you, he kept his word. He went above and beyond and got me a full refund on the warranty and made sure the matter was resolved. I'm a woman of limited means, and he has been a blessing to me. Thank you Sam! The 2016 BMW 435i M Sport is everything one could expect and more. The interior design is both attractive and very comfortable, the handling and performance are exceptional with all the creature comforts one could want.

This car has twin turbo and therefore it is fast. The exterior paint is custom only available in the 7 & 8 series. The interior is also custom with red stitch on a black leather.

This was the best car buying experience I have had. I have bought 3 used cars within this last year and I also bought one in 2022. I ended up at Auto Trademark because my 22-year-old Honda Accord was kaput. Auto trademark was a relaxed environment from the start. We test drove the 2013 BMW 535i drive with the sports package. We liked it but the A/C on passenger vent didn’t seem cool enough. Z offered to get that checked out and fixed. They also said we could but use a check from my HELOC, no high-pressure sales job for warranties or financing (which adds hours to the transaction and makes you feel exhausted). When I picked up the car after they fixed the A/C, I asked why this particular car had no floor mats (which they noted right away at the test drive), Farhan said they had wondered that too, and immediately offered to order replacement mats. I was thrilled. It was such a good experience and the price was reasonable. I’ll note that I didn’t negotiate, and the posted price on CarGurus was the $1,000 less than what I was charged because they note in the ad that it is listed assuming a military discount. But I had read that in the ad, so it was OK for me. I would recommend this auto dealership to anyone who is in the market for a nice used car and wants a positive buying experience.
