I had a great overall experience with BMW of Gainesville. From start to finish, the team was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. My salesperson AJ was excellent to work with very patient, responsive, and supportive throughout the entire process. Dabari, the manager, was also extremely kind, understanding, and professional. He took the time to listen and made sure everything was handled properly. There were a few concerns that came up after delivery, but the team took care of everything very well and followed through until I was fully satisfied. The level of effort and customer care really stood out, and I’m very happy with how everything was resolved. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I would confidently recommend BMW of Gainesville. AJ and Dabari are great people to work with.

This car exceeded all of my expectations! It is an M-Sport and has the optional M-Power package and is a mini M4! Fun to drive, hardtop convertible for those summer afternoons and has all the features of a modern BMW.

When my car was ready James came by and walked me back To the shop floor to my car and Kenneth Walter (sharp young guy) succinctly Showed me the issues and gave me two solutions. This car has twin turbo and therefore it is fast. The exterior paint is custom only available in the 7 & 8 series. The interior is also custom with red stitch on a black leather.

Pros: - hardtop convertible is perfect - excellent engine, steering, suspension, and brakes - fantastic options like HUD, warm-air neck vents, 360 parking view - they got the looks right, this car turns heads Cons: - trunk space/access could be easier, but honestly it's better than 90% of convertibles - should have been offered with a manual transmission

The 2016 BMW 435i M Sport is everything one could expect and more. The interior design is both attractive and very comfortable, the handling and performance are exceptional with all the creature comforts one could want.

Recently purchased a Rivian R1-t from Rick. Living in New Hampshire, I needed to know Vehicle clearing house was a trustworthy company where I would be purchasing the truck site un seen. Rick was honest and a really good communicator. The truck is great and I am happy with my purchase. I would have given the 5 stars but waited a few weeks for the title to clear. The owner, Larry provided a detailed description of the vehicle, which was an accurate portrayal, no “ surprises”. The process does involve paperwork flowing back and forth, Larry laying out each step carefully and accurately. I appreciated his responsiveness to questions/ concerns.
