BMW of Buena ParkReviews
BMW of Buena Park review
One of the best experiences purchasing a vehicle if not the best experience. Working with Luis and Danny Lee was one the easiest processes in buying a car. The dealership was curious and very professional. They weren't pushy or anything. I worked with Luis over email and he figured what I wanted and when I arrived at the dealership my BMW was ready. I got the speak with Ross the manager and he wasn't pushy he asked if I was happy with the vehicle and said to take my time in making my decision.

New Century BMWReviews
New Century BMW review
Shawn Nguyen is one of the most honest service advisor. Unbeknownst to them, Buena Park BMW made an inexcusable mistake with my car and New Century brought it to my attention and rectified the issue. Never have I’ve experienced such a situation with any dealership. New Century has my business for life. Thanks Shawn!

Service was excellent! They really got the ball rolling and moved things along. Got everything done over the weekend and made this out of state purchase a breeze. I highly recommend this sales team and the entire staff that helped me with my M5 purchase. Great job and I will be purchasing from you again.
2023 BMW 530e review
Amazing car. My first PHEV. Charges itself while you drive, charges at home on a normal outlet, and gets great mileage anyway if you don't want to charge it. 0 to 60 in under 6 seconds. Classic BMW smooth and quiet feel and luxury interior. Handles really well, great sound system. The only down side is that now I have to buy the wifey one. ;)

These guys are the best. I worked with Product Specialist Tom Berra, Sales Manger Kevin Stine, and Finance Manager Chris Shelton, and they were all an A+ for responsiveness, professionalism, and transparency. The car was shipped out of state and there were delivery issues unrelated to the dealership, but Tom and Kevin bent over backwards to see it through. Highly recommended!

Valencia BMW review
The overall experience was a pleasure. Jade Ramos is a great salesperson. She was super helpful and very responsive, even on her days off. The sales manager, Dave Erickson, didn't play the sales game. he gave me the price that I was looking for with no haggling. The only problem is that now my wife wants one too.

BMW of RiversideReviews
BMW of Riverside review
Upon arrival always have been greeted with a very warm welcome. Service Department , Ruben Garcia has always been so kind, helpful, knowledgeable and most of all explains all issues clearly. I appreciate his honesty when he gives the wait time for service on my vehicles. At the end of service, I appreciate the full inspection report done by the technician, that is also explained by Ruben in detail, always with a smile and makes the review very comfortable. Side note… each time I have been to Riverside BMW, all employees including the the cleaning staff, definitely acknowledge the customer either with a good morning or a smile. A smile goes a long way 😊
