New Century BMW review
Shawn Nguyen is one of the most honest service advisor. Unbeknownst to them, Buena Park BMW made an inexcusable mistake with my car and New Century brought it to my attention and rectified the issue. Never have I’ve experienced such a situation with any dealership. New Century has my business for life. Thanks Shawn!

Certified Benz & Beemer review
Service was excellent! They really got the ball rolling and moved things along. Got everything done over the weekend and made this out of state purchase a breeze. I highly recommend this sales team and the entire staff that helped me with my M5 purchase. Great job and I will be purchasing from you again.
2023 BMW 530e review
The good features of the 530e definitely outweigh the bad. The positive features include: good performance handling, good looks, and decent technology. The negative qualities are: less trunk space, sketchy fuel economy numbers, less than average battery performance and slower engine-only performance. As a former owner of multiple 5 Series vehicles, this looks similar but its clearly a different car with different body panels. BMW delivered this car with a level 1 portable charger, that charges fully from 0 to full (21 miles) in about 12 hours. A level 2 charger would recharge faster, but is not necessary if overnight charging works for you. Still having fun with this hybrid for now.

Car Max seemed very straightforward and transparent. Pricing is no haggle set pricing. I appreciate the excellent customer service and they appreciated my time. Carmax has simplified the process.
2021 BMW 530e review
This is an excellent car. I was surprised by the acceleration of the electric motor when driving in the electric mode. The transition between the electric motor and the gasoline engine is seamless. This is a great car and it has exceeded my expectations. I ony have to go to the gas station about once a month. Over 60 percent of my driving is on the electric motor.

BMW of Riverside review
I always bring my BMW’s to this location Diana is by far the best at giving cheerful, friendly, personable service, totally awesome. Ernie is really cool at customer service, checking the car in for maintenance etc. I’m happy with the loaner vehicles they have I can use when I can’t wait. Their lobby and restrooms are clean, organized, they have nice bottles of water and hot chocolate selections, nice cushion seats or charging stations for electronic devices. Very good at giving thorough diagnostics, video and descriptions sent to my email. A comprehensible billing statement.

Travis Hardy repeatedly exceeds expectations, most valuable team member in my book!!! If it can be done Travis gets in done. All business, but very personable at the same time.
2023 BMW 530e review
Amazing car. My first PHEV. Charges itself while you drive, charges at home on a normal outlet, and gets great mileage anyway if you don't want to charge it. 0 to 60 in under 6 seconds. Classic BMW smooth and quiet feel and luxury interior. Handles really well, great sound system. The only down side is that now I have to buy the wifey one. ;)
