I had an amazing car-buying experience at Pacific BMW thanks to Bob and James. From the moment I walked into the dealership, both of them went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. Bob was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and patient as we looked at different options. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I found the perfect vehicle without ever making me feel pressured or rushed. James was equally phenomenal, handling the logistics and communication flawlessly. His professionalism, transparency, and friendly attitude turned what is usually a stressful process into an absolute breeze. Even after the sale, his communication has been excellent. If you are looking for a seamless, honest, and top-tier experience at Pacific BMW, I highly recommend asking for Bob and James. They are absolute professionals who truly care about their customers!

I had a really great experience with Lucas. He was super patient and easy to work with from the start. Even though the car I went in to see was sold right before I got there, he didn’t rush me or try to push anything else. Instead, he took his time showing me around and helped me look at a few other options. You can tell he genuinely cares about finding the right fit for his customers. I really appreciated how professional and down to earth he was throughout the process. Definitely someone I’d recommend asking for if you’re in the market for a car. L.Montoya

I bought a used car that was highly sought after, based on it having only 2k miles per year and it's price point. I worked with Ed, who went out of his way not only to reassure me that I had secured my spot as the buyer, but also provide me with photos and updates as the car went through the reconditioning and detailing process. Ed was extraordinarily responsive, answering my (many) texts within minutes! Ed demonstrated exceptional professionalism, caring and compassion. I would buy another car from him in a heartbeat.

McKenna BMW review
I started searching for a certified 2019, BMW X3, last October 2020. Through CARS.com I found several places within 100 miles from my home. I then started the elimination process based on equipment packages, price, miles driven, etc. Once I found the car that came closed to what I wanted I contacted that dealership, in this case, McKenna BMW. Immediately I received an email from a salesman named Stanley and we talked about my expectations, what I was looking for, and how I wanted to handle a purchase if everything I wanted was met by the dealer. Stanley was humble, professional, honest and more importantly he listened to my requests and concerns. With the information I provided him with he searched his inventory and found me a 2020, BMW X3, with only 5K miles (demo car) with the packages I was looking for. The price was also only $1400 more than an older model with more miles. He provided me with all the necessary info and websites available to start a purchase process with the understanding that not until I saw and test drove the car that I would make my final decision. We then set an appointment date and time to finally meet and see the car. I live approximately 89 to 101 miles from the dealership so I did not want to waste my time or the dealership’s, I wanted everything to be easy and ready for a final decision. Upon arrival at the dealership we were met by nice friendly people and then finally met Stanley and his manager. They never pressured me into buying the car, they explained the purchase process, warranty, etc. The BMW was what I had been looking for, I test drove it and because we had initiated the purchase process days prior (finance approval, down payment, and monthly payments) the rest of the paperwork was completed in a timely manner. I want to thank CARS.com for making my vehicle search a fun and easy one and I especially want to thank McKenna BMW for working with me to find me the car I’ve been dreaming about for the last 4 months.

Initially when I responded to the dealership on three separate occasions (driving 60 miles for each trip), I walked away with dissatisfaction each time. However, My Client Advisor Mr. Frank M. subsequently came through as promised. He promised to hit a home run and did so after I informed him that he needed to work harder to assist me as a prospective buyer on a strict budget. Fortunately, to make a long story short, Mr. Frank fought for me and the GM accepted my offer and a deal was made. WOW, I wish this could have been done on the first day rather than the fourth day when I showed up to the dealership. This is why I gave a four star rating. In short, thank you Mr. Frankie for your support!

Pacific BMW review
We had a great experience with Pacific BMW. The car we purchased was beautiful and we got a great deal for it. The only negative part of the purchase was the actual buying process. It took a little longer than we expected and maybe it could have been a bit more streamlined. But in the end, the car was worth the wait.

BMW of Buena ParkReviews
BMW of Buena Park review
This is the second time that I've leased a car from BMW of Buena Park and I have to (again) give them my sincerest thanks and appreciation -- with a most notable kudos to Veronica for making the whole thing as efficient and painless as possible! I'd been in touch with Veronica since my last lease was coming to a close, and she always kept things pressure free until I was ready to move forward, along with being so very kind, patient, and helpful once I had a car in mind. On top of all of that, she gave me an outstanding deal while being incredibly transparent and direct with any questions I posed to her along the way. Beyond that, they arranged delivery to make my life that much easier which was incredibly thoughtful of them. You guys are the absolute best -- thank you so very much for always going above and beyond! I'll be back for sure and continue to recommend you in a heartbeat to anyone who is looking for a BMW!
