2020 BMW 740 review
Bought 730d xdrive msport September 2020, its a great car and I cant find fault with it, it was involved in an accident in December 2020 and I had the Audi flag ship A8 and that was a complete disappointment.

Very please with the car. I had a 2018 530d which I thought was very quite but this is just the next level. I look forward to longer journeys. The torque in the car is addictive and so smooth. I just wish I could sit in the back!

I bought a 2019 F150 Raptor at Elite Motor Cars a few weeks ago and after driving home I read online that there was a nationwide service for the truck that affected the performance. Unfortunately the service expired in 2023. I didn't call at first because I did not want to hassle anybody since it was already almost 2025. I finally called and spoke to Robert the sales rep that sold me my truck and informed him of the situation. Robert told me that he would speak to the owner Alex and get back to me. Literally 30 mins later, I received a call back and information that I had an appointment at the nearby Ford dealership a few days later and the service would be completed. These guys are awesome! That's going way beyond normal customer service, taking the time to assist someone after weeks from the purchase. I highly recommend Elite Motor Cars and would do business with them again. I contacted East Bay BMW with an interest in the i4 edrive40. I was very fortunate that Bobby Padilla responded as the salesperson for me. Bobby is what you hope for, but rarely get. He was personable and knowledgeable from the start. East Bay BMW had several i4 edrive40 cars on the lot. He spoke with me and my wife as we said what we were looking for. He started with an offer for a test drive, with just me and my wife in the car. A new experience for us! Bobby was no-pressure and patient with us at all times throughout with excellent support pre- and postsale. I also want to recognize Nicholas Harris for his friendly, upbeat assistance with configuring our car; there are many options, of course, and he showed us what was available, but he also suggested configs that would be best for me and my wife. I was unsure how charging with a Tesla station would work for me. With the right adapter, he drove me to a retail Tesla station and stepped me through the process. I had to drive to LA in the next couple of days, and I used Tesla stations with complete confidence. I'd have no hesitation to contact either Bobby or Nicholas in the future. Highly recommend East Bay BMW, and ask to work with Bobby and Nicholas. They are a great team.
