BMW of Dallas review
From first contact by email to the final sale, everything at BMW of Dallas was seamless. As an out of state buyer, they explained the process even before my arrival. They had my vehicle ready for a test drive, which was a plus, Carfax readily available with a complete inspection list. Once it was time for the paperwork, which everyone dreads, that process took less than 15 minutes. The staff at BMW of Dallas were all courteous, helped with my concerns, and knew that my time was valuable. Mark Dominguez Martinez, Sales, made sure the process was flawless and as easy as possible. I would definitely buy another vehicle from BMW of Dallas.

From the initial greeting to my service advisor, Oscar, walking me through the plan for the day and respecting my opinion to the video of repairs sent by the service team to the final check out. I had some major recalls on my car and had the repairs done @ BMW of Arlington. I was assisted by Sarah. My husband and were warmly greeted by the entire staff the moment we walked in. Sarah was my dedicated service rep and she was very professional, polite, helpful, and always made sure I was in the loop regarding my repairs. Sarah explained all the work that had been done and had the staff wash my car too. I highly recommend BMW of Arlington off Collins!

They truly went out of their way to provide excellent customer service—answering every question, being transparent, and making the experience smooth and stress-free. It’s clear this team genuinely cares about their customers. I highly recommend working with them if you’re in the market for a vehicle. ❤️1

Ransom Wise was awesome. I've bought a lot of new cars over the years, but this was my first BMW. Just the buying experience alone was enough to make me a loyal customer, independent of the amazing vehicle. Customer satisfaction really is a strong focus of this dealership. All car dealerships say they are, but I've never seen it put into practice like at Hendrick BMW of McKinney.

Sewell BMW of Grapevine performed like a well oiled machine. My salesman, Harrison Redden, was absolutely great!! He made the whole car buying process smooth and not dreaded. Harrison was only helpful the whole way through (NOT PUSHY NOR ANNOYING), only helpful in helping me settle on the features, colors, style, etc. and then finding that car for me. Also, Joe Long was so patient and good at explaining all the technology in my new BMW. Thank you guys!!!

Walked in showroom on Friday and met Jay Ali. Jay is an outstanding ambassador for The Woodlands BMW. Because of his hard work, we found the X7 we wanted AND another X5 that we did not anticipate buying. Jay was wonderful, patient and the hardest working sales agent I?ve ever met. I highly recommend The Woodlands BMW and especially Jay.

Only thing that we had a problem with was the communication on the interest rate and monthly payment, which should have took about 1 1/2 hours to complete instead of 4/5 hours.

That was the most laid-back car buying experience I've had in more decades than I want to admit. Shaun was great to deal with as well as the finance manager. No pressure, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and stood behind the car with a 4,000 mile warranty.

Took my e39 in for new front control arms & bushings, plus oil service. Excellent work. Found a $50 bill I must have dropped when they vacuumed, left it on my console! Good, well run dealership.

I had a great experience at BMW South Austin. The service process was smooth, communication was clear, and everything was explained thoroughly. My service advisor, Ben Krebs, was professional, friendly, and kept me updated throughout the visit. They made the entire experience stress-free, and I really appreciated the excellent customer service. I’d definitely recommend BMW South Austin to anyone looking for a dealership that takes care of its customers

Came in for service, and we greeted by Pablo. He was very charismatic, and welcoming. He brought me to my advisor Bryan, he was able to identify me by my key...amazing! He walked me through the services, and provided me an accurate time for completion. Vehicle was serviced, washed, and vacuumed in just a hair over the 90mins quoted. I appreciate the transparency, and care given by both Pablo and Bryan, and look forward to my future services at BMW.
