The service manager Tony picked up the phone at 7:30 am on Monday, my car was in the shop Tuesday morning. Russell, our service rep, called Tuesday afternoon car was ready for pickup Thursday. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves by his superiors. Highly promotable in my opinion. Real professionals. Dealers can often get a bad reputation by some but when you want your vehicle taken care, I wouldn?t take it any other place.
