I and my partner have had many vehicles through Hendrick’s and always used them for service going back over three decades. Subaru has been my favorite for the last 38 years. The dealership has a hard working staff and I have worked with Chris Lowery for the last two, an Outback (always had Foresters before) and my new electric Soltara. When I had any questions about the Outback a quick call to Joseph solved them! And that experience has given me great confidence in buying an electric car. 2018 BMW X2 review
My x drive diesel gives me 14.5 - 15km per liter which is exceptional and handles like a sports car. Run flats are hard but not an issue. There seems to be a issue with the engine mountings as both x2 cars I had and have, have had to have them replaced with the new design engine mountings. No major issues.

Shopping for new car. Had one shipped from another carmax. Took car for 24hr test drive. Took to Firestone; was showed a badly rusted undercarriage. Returned outback to carmax Dothan. They said they'd have a look at it, that it might be within their specs but not ours. Manager offered to reimburse us the inspection and shipping fee. Can't argue with that. Great customer service.
