He keeps me informed as to what is going on with my vehicle including texts, video updates and when my vehicle is ready which I never got before working with him. He always makes sure my questions are answered. I am glad to have him as my go to person at Johnson Lexus because my initial experience with my prior go to person was not good. I almost felt invisible back then with this person who apparently was not interested in making my experience a positive one.(Veronica) I began to dread coming for car maintenance which took so long just for me to leave my vehicle and pick up a requested loaner. I live an hour and a half away so time is always of the essence when I come to Johnson Lexus. However, this is not the case with Andreas; he is always on point! Thanks Andreas!!! 2024 BMW X3 review
Only have been driving the car for a week, but it is clearly the best SUV I have experienced. My wife drives the Mercedes 300 - a fine car as well, but I have always preferred BMY engine performance and handling. The X3 is simply a pleasure to drive.

2024 BMW X3 review
I have had three BMWs, all with great reliability and high satisfaction, but this is my first BMW SUV. After 5 weeks of ownership, my 2024 X3 is on its way to becoming my all-time favorite. The handling is great, the safety features superb, and the comfort and luxury appearance have surpassed my expectations. We are so happy with this car that my husband is talking about getting one for himself, and he is an Audi and LandRover fan. BMW, thank you for your continued dedication to quality and reliability.
