The best car buying experience I've ever encountered. Worked directly with Brad Schaffer...who was wonderful from start to finish. I was interested in a Lexus RX F-Sport I found online. I negotiated an out-the-door deal over email and prior to stepping into the dealership, since I was from MD. Gave them a deposit over the phone and they held the car for me, as they said they would. I've heard of many dealers selling a car regardless of a deposit being given. Took a bus down to Raleigh (would probably do train/plane if I had to do it again)...Brad picked me up from the terminal, had the car detailed and ready for pick-up out front. He even got me a huge red bow (for my wife) to place on the car and take pics with. Honored my request to have the tint removed and the exact pricing we had agreed on...no sneaky business! All the paperwork was ready for me and took maybe 15 mins to complete. The rest of the time, Brad just let me go explore the car without hovering and test driving. Highly recommended...hope to do business with them again!

This car is just what I was looking for. I was driving a Charger so I'm used to plenty of room and power. This is more of a mid-size car with plenty of interior room. The engine is a 1.5 L 4 cylinder turbo which makes it great on gas and has plenty of get up and go.

Super comfortable, Powerful, Huge space, nice mileage(20-21 mpg), very reliable SUV. It was my first car and loved it from day 1. In 2016, Honda completely changed the Pilot design to be more sleek, which is amazing. I love the big rear view mirrors, hand rest, huge space. One is bound to fall in love with the car.
Just purchased my 5th Honda from Don and AutoPark Honda. Excellent service as always. Don is easy to work with and never applies pressure. Just does what is needed to assist his customers.

This car has everything from AWD to navigation! It has lane assist and not to mention 3 differently angled back up cameras! I've never drove a car that handles so well in the snow. I would recommend this car to anybody. It had great leg room in the back (trust me i checked, i have very long legs) and they fold flat if you need the extra space. I dont have a single bad thing to say about this car. Honda's are amazing cars!
No pressure at all. Very knowledgeable of product. Mario was great. I would recommend for anyone looking for a great experience purchasing a new Honda.

Got an 2017 CRV EX AWD used with 22k miles CPO. As with a lot of Hondas there is some road noise, but it helps my son sleep, so it's not a big problem for me. I have had a little issue with the screen connecting during cloudy/stormy weather but it's been fine lately. Will see how it does on my next upcoming trips. I am enjoying the saftey alerts like lane assistance and the Apple Car Play feature is very nice! I bought this car for its reliability and hope it keeps is value as most Hondas do. I plan to keep it for a very long time unless I have another kiddo and feel otherwise :)
A few days before this past Christmas I moved from an Altima lease to a ’18 Accord EX lease. I ended up paying a little more than what I wanted but was happy with the vehicle features. Unfortunately, immediately (let me note that I accepted the vehicle with less than 10 miles on it) I began having an issue with the vehicle. At certain speeds (mainly the normal traveling speeds), there will be a consistent, high pitch feedback / vibration from the speakers. It is an unmanageable noise. When I raise the radio volume past a certain setting the noise will cease. If I have others in the car, this is a major nuisance as nobody can hear anyone else.
I have had the car checked by one of your service technicians (who had been helpful to date) and was notified that this is an issue with the Automatic Nosie Canceling (ANC) system. Most disappointingly, I was notified by the technician that this is a known issue with the ’18 Accords and that there is NO KNOWN FIX. And the issue apparently is worse in cold weather. I brought the vehicle back for a second repair as there was a procedure that he wanted to execute as recommended by engineering. Unfortunately, that procedure did nothing to remedy the situation. I was instructed that my only options at this point are to drive with an open window (as that disables the ANC) or unplug the ANC (but not know are the potential negative downstream implications). The service department also said, engineering at some point will have a fix and basically I just need to deal with it.

Have had to have it towed 3 times to dealer due to transmission problems. 2nd tow had new transmission put in with less than 5,000 miles on it. Transmission warning light came on again for a 3rd time and had to have it towed. Now waiting, while driving a rental, to see what Acura company is going to do about it. Very sad that this could happen with a new car. Wife likes the car but has fears when driving it that it’ll break down. The car has nice features but just isn’t very safe when transmission warning lights come on and tell you to pull over immediately and don’t drive it. Especially if it happens in a dark seedy area which is exactly what happened to my wife the 1st time.

Excellent driving and looking car. Plenty of complements on how the car looks and rides. Have had 2 somewhat serious service issues. First, at 1K miles, electrical system went berserk, spent 3 weeks at the dealer with no actual repair performed. Have driven the car 12K miles since without another occurrence. 2nd, turbocharger became increasingly noisy around the 10K mile service. Dealer replaced the turbo under warranty. Overall, I would compare the build quality to other European makes that I have owned. Dealership experience varies, so do your homework.
I recently purchased a new 2018 Honda CR-V. My sales associate Garry was excellent. He was knowledgeable, kind, and did not pressure me in to anything. I had the car I wanted within the hour. The whole sales department was remarkable. The manager Chris was also very friendly and professional. This is my second Honda from this dealership, and I will certainly be recommending Auto Park Honda. Thanks!

I bought a 2018 Honda Accord Sport 2.0T Manual in July. It has been fabulous. I was attracted to the Accord because of the availability of the manual transmission and upgraded engine combination, unique among sedans today. I came from a premium brand, so the Sport trim didn't have all the features I would prefer (if only the Touring came with the manual!), but since owning it, I am very pleased. The active safety features work very well, and the infotainment is easy to use. Fuel economy is excellent, as is the performance. Great value for money, too! I would recommend this car to anyone.
Raheem and Alice have always been accommodating and helpful when I visit the dealership. We have purchased three cars from the dealership. Thank you for your service. Side note: The survey process of forcing someone to enter a certain amount of text is frustrating.

Fun to drive. The car could use more USB ports. The navigation was helpful. Not the most comfortable seats/ interior. It is an affordable "sports car."
Silvio Guzman was an amazing person to work with.. He took the time on his own to find me the best deal and the car that I like and actually called me to schedule a convenient appointment for me although that meant that he stayed late and worked past his scheduled time to make sure I was taken care of. The whole process was short, pleasant and I drove home that same evening in my new car. He is personal, professional and very nice to work with. He spent extra time to show me all the new features of the car. He enjoys his job and takes very good care of his customers. This is a great dealership when it comes to sales or service. The Grand Cherokee Summit with the 5.7L Hemi is probably the best road trip car I’ve owned. With the adaptive cruise control it practically drives itself. More than enough power, plenty of room and comfort makes for arriving at your destination feeling refreshed. With Jeeps 4wd, you also have the confidence that whatever the weather or road conditions you’ll make it. Great SUV!!!

This truck was my dream of owning when I retired. My dream came true in Feb 2017. I retired from civil service May 2016 after working 38 yrs. I got my 2017 Silverado LTZ. I enjoy driving it and feel so comfortable even in my short height (4'11"). It is very dependable and very truck looking in shiny black. I an still receiving compliments on how the truck looks brand new.
The folks at J & M are top notch. I was in there for a routine oil change and tire rotation. They noticed my state registration had lapsed. I took care of it as soon as I got home. Just one of the little extras they always throw in!

Had a good experience at Lux Auto and Billy Mish as the salesman Having a good amount of knowledge on every vehicle we looked at. I got a little more truck than what I needed but the deal was in my price range and I really liked what I saw and the few extras that made the sale final. J&M had to replace the thermostat on my 2006 Colorado. After driving it over the weekend I thought that it was running a little hot. They told me to bring it back for them to check. Apparently the original " coding" was right and they took care of it and everything seems fine now.

This car met all of my needs in the areas of comfort and safety. The back up camera is better than most (very large clear screen), a USB port in the console, CD player, daytime running lights/fog lights. It's sporty and has dual exhaust that make it a peppy 4 cylinder when needed.
