Only have been driving the car for a week, but it is clearly the best SUV I have experienced. My wife drives the Mercedes 300 - a fine car as well, but I have always preferred BMY engine performance and handling. The X3 is simply a pleasure to drive.

I have had three BMWs, all with great reliability and high satisfaction, but this is my first BMW SUV. After 5 weeks of ownership, my 2024 X3 is on its way to becoming my all-time favorite. The handling is great, the safety features superb, and the comfort and luxury appearance have surpassed my expectations. We are so happy with this car that my husband is talking about getting one for himself, and he is an Audi and LandRover fan. BMW, thank you for your continued dedication to quality and reliability.

Ryan Schilt (our sales advisor) was phenomenal. My wife is a difficult customer, as it is hard for her to make a final decision on just about anything, especially a large purchase. Ryan truly spent about 15 hours with us, from start to finish (over 3 or 4 visits to your beautiful showroom). We live in Boca, thus we have closer BMW dealerships, however, none could possibly be as good as your dealership is/was. We visited a more local dealership before going to yours and the experience was not over the top, as your dealership is/was. I told Ryan he is a rising star at your dealership and I meant it. He knows how to deal with people well, he goes above and beyond what is required and I truly admire him for that. Ryan, thank you VERY MUCH - you are going to be star one day at Holman (BMW of FLL). Btw, Holman is a car dealership with over 50 locations across several high end vehicle brands. Holman started over 100 years ago and is currently in it's 3rd generation of family ownership. A wonderful, beautiful car dealership (to say the least). Everyone who works at Holman is a special person and will treat you right, from start to finish. A++ for Holman and all of it's employees. The manager, Donny, was phenomenal. He gave me an incredible deal on my new Toyota BZ: love the car. Couldn't be happier, and Clementina, the sales lady was also phenomenal. I was quoted an obscene quote for my car insurance by my current agent and she gave me a contact number for her car insurance agent who gave me an incredible deal on my car insurance. Extremely happy with the experience and the purchase.

DRIVEN BENTLEYS 15 YEARS. 2015 GT 14,000 MI. WATER PUMP LEAKED AND FOUND DEFECTIVE. (SHOULD LAST 70-100,000 MI) PEGGY OBTAINED PAYMENT FOR THE DEFECTIVE PART FROM BENTLEY BUT NOT FOR THE INSTALLATION. I HAD TO PAY $2000. WROTE TO BENTLEY CEO WITH NO RESULT. I BELIEVE THAT A "QUALITY LUXURY" COMPANY SHOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DEFECTIVE PARTS THEY INSTALL. THE MANUFACTURER OF THE DEFECTIVE PART AS WELL. i WILL CONTINUE TO FIGHT FOR THIS PRINCIPLE.
