Everything was great when they serviced my vehicle. However though after working with my drivers seat my dashboard and the inside drivers panel had heavy dust on them . So maybe in future could just make sure to wipe any dust away and marks on around area where working but otherwise very great it’s my first new new vehicle

‘Stress free’ and ‘buying a car’ in the same sentence? That doesn’t exist except at Motorwerks in Bloomington with Team Shawn. Shawn, Will and Carter do everything they can to make you comfortable, welcome and relaxed in what could be a stressful experience. I cannot say enough good things about the seamless transaction (including Stephanie in Finance!) which ended with me driving away in my dream car with a huge grin! Thank you!

Sam was amazing to work with!! Responsive, helpful and was very personable! When we did find an issue he went out of his way to make it right even after the paperwork was signed. Have purchased two cars from them and will look at them for my next one as well!

Motorwerks BMW review
Kevin was the best sales advisor I’ve ever worked with. He answered all our questions directly and there was absolutely no pressure. I would enthusiastically recommend him to anyone considering buying a BMW. Also, the Motorwerks dealership was very impressive with 4 floors of showroom space plus a large dealer lot and comfortable customer lounge.

Motorwerks BMW review
Excellent in every respect— Elijah was very helpful & the entire staff from reception desk to the title office was efficient & friendly. A miracle of used car buying:the Yukon Denali has 2 key fobs & the title was delivered to my home in Ohio in 4 days!!!
2026 BMW X3 review
The whole SUV is great, the milage is good for a mild hybrid. The sport mode is great when you really want to go. The efficient mode is nice when you are casual driving and trying to save gas.

BMW of MinnetonkaReviews
BMW of Minnetonka review
I had an excellent experience working with Matt Fischer at BMW of Minnetonka. Matt was professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout the entire process of purchasing my BMW X5. He answered all my questions, explained the details clearly, and made sure everything went smoothly. Matt made the buying experience easy and stress-free. I really appreciate his patience, honesty, and commitment to making sure I was satisfied. I would highly recommend Matt Fischer to anyone looking for a great BMW buying experience.

CarMax Grand Rapids (Kentwood) review
The 24 test drive experience was good. The person who helped us (Spencer I think) was very helpful. Non pushy sales made it easy to talk to everyone I met with Ultimately, the car smelled like cigarette smoke deeply and wasn’t for us. I do wish that would have been mentioned to us before driving
