Excellent customer service from Jason in service. And from Hays in sales. I was waiting for my car and was looking at new models. Even though I wasn't buying, Hays was friendly and provided his business card. Previously, I have gone into the show room to browse, and sales people stayed at their desks deciding I wasn't buying so they didn't engage. Good for Hays! If I know of anyone looking to buy a new BMW I will have them contact Hays.
