Alan S. was upfront / transparent on pricing and patient helping us figure out what we need, bouncing between models and trims. Appreciated the follow-up after buying to see how things were going and if we had any questions. Very helpful w/r/t getting the most out of the vehicles functionality after driving it for a week.

Jidd Motors MitsubishiReviews
Jidd Motors Mitsubishi review
We just purchased our 4th car from Jidd Motors yesterday, and once again the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Every time we’ve worked with this dealership, we’ve been treated with professionalism, honesty, and genuine care, which is why we continue to come back. This time around they had exactly what we were looking for, and the entire process was incredibly smooth and efficient. We were in and out in no time, with no pressure and no unnecessary hassle. Jesse Wright was outstanding—knowledgeable, friendly, responsive, and truly committed to making sure we found the right vehicle. He made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. Steve Cole in finance was equally fantastic to work with. He took the time to thoroughly explain all of our options, answered every question clearly, and made the financing process easy to understand. We never felt rushed and appreciated how transparent everything was. What really sets Jidd Motors apart is their customer service. Everyone we encountered was welcoming, respectful, and focused on making the car-buying experience enjoyable. It’s refreshing to work with a dealership that consistently delivers such a high level of service and makes customers feel valued. We highly recommend Jidd Motors, Jesse Wright, and Steve Cole to anyone looking for a vehicle. After four great experiences, they’ve earned our trust and loyalty. When it’s time for car number five, we’ll absolutely be coming back!
2025 BMW X3 review
I absolutely love this car. Sleek design, very sharp looking. Drives like a dream. It takes a bit to learn where controls are for dash but, once you got it down, its easy.

Jidd Motors Mitsubishi review
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Communication and Professionalism!"I had a fantastic experience interacting with the team at Jidd Motors while looking for a vehicle for my daughter. From the very first inquiry, their response to my information requests about the car was incredibly quick, detailed, and professional.Natalie in communication was excellent—she kept me updated every step of the way and was completely upfront and honest about the vehicle's status before we made the long 2-hour drive out to the lot. Even though the specific car we were tracking wound up selling right after the busy holiday weekend, I deeply appreciated their honesty and high-level customer service. They saved us a wasted trip and treated us with total respect over text. I would highly recommend reaching out to them if you value great communication!"

Ultimo Motors East review
The people writing these reviews are just out of their minds. This used car dealership is in pristine shape, and offers a highly selective market of cars. I wish I could buy more but frankly I dont have the money! I have bought over 4 cars from these fellas have I had a problem, besides wanting more! Wonderful Job Ultimo Motors.
2024 BMW X3 review
Only have been driving the car for a week, but it is clearly the best SUV I have experienced. My wife drives the Mercedes 300 - a fine car as well, but I have always preferred BMY engine performance and handling. The X3 is simply a pleasure to drive.

Love it. Car is comfy, quick and the wonderful B58 Twin-Scroll Turbo I6 makes all the right noises! Awesome daily driver. Period! Interior has all of the amenities you could ever ask for. Ride is luxury-oriented but also can grip & RIP through the corners, almost as well as any sports sedan out there pretty much.

The dealership contacted me and followed through on everything I asked and needed of them. Great overall experience.
2022 BMW X3 review
It's all about the B58 in the M40i. I dinged it one star on comfort because this little SUV rides quite "sporty" even in Comfort mode. I absolutely love this about the car, but I could see how some would feel this is too harsh as it is not a luxurious, cushy ride. But tuck this little beast into a fast corner and it's just...wow! This little German SUV is a sleeper. While the X3M is very nice, the M40i is the perfect balance in my opinion. BMW has really stepped up their game in the X3.

I had an exceptional experience with Michael Romero. I contacted him about a BMW X2 and he confirmed the vehicle was in stocked. I came in the dealership 30 minutes later where I was directed to him. Upon our interaction he was very responsive and respectful. I told him about my concerns dealing with the BMW dealership in Naperville. He ensured me that he would provide me with full transparency. He showed me the vehicle and allowed me to test drive it. I was very impressed and wanted to discuss the financial aspects of the vehicle. Michael was very knowledgeable & honest. The numbers worked out and he provided me with a full break down of the car fax and the performance of the car. Lastly, after picking up the car he set up my bmw app and spent time being attentive making sure I understood how my car performed. I was thankful with how he presented my car with a cute bow and how he made sure I had a full tank of gas, all my questions was answered. He even followed up days later to ask about my experience. Please, visit this location and ask for Michael R he’s enthusiastic and pleasant to work with. Thanks again.

Perillo BMW review
Another great experience at Joe Perillo BMW with Michael Fezatte. He made the whole process very simple and turned around our new car search from first contact to leaving showroom with the chosen vehicle (complete with custom spec) in less than 7 days. He understood what we were looking for and delivered a no nonsense, enjoyable buying experience. We will be back again.

2019 BMW X3 review
I cannot believe that BMW put a 4 cylinder with turbo in an X3. It is the single problem I have with my car. otherwise it is perfect. The 6 cylinder in my 2005 was Awesome!!!!! BMW stands for Performance, GIVE IT.

CarMax LexingtonReviews
CarMax Lexington review
Matt and Hunter at Carmax really made this the best experience for me. Matt worked with me through phone and email up until the day I went in. He was very informative and assisted me through the entire process. Hunter was the salesman I worked with when I went in. He was accommodating and polite. I didn't feel the "pressure" of a sales man at all. And he was very professional. I will recommend this dealer to anyone I know looking to buy a vehicle.
