2017 BMW X3 review
STAR AUTO MALL: Worst car dealer EVER! I bought a 2017 BMW X3. They never checked the car! I had problems immediately! I called, emailed & texted... Star Auto Mall would NOT return my calls, texts or emails! I went to BMW dealer, and they found lots of issues! Wires hanging down, tires rubbing, etc. It cost me $480 to fix it! I billed Star Auto Mall, and it looks like they're just chucking me the finger!! AVOID these incompetent thieves! For me going to BMW of Mountain View was about a 140 mile RT, so I wanted to be confident that the vehicle was as advertised and the vehicle was being offered at a competitive price. Harvey, my BMW of Mountain View salesman, promptly provided to me the information I needed to commit to pursue a deal, and he agreed to hold the car until I had a chance to get to their showroom. I am very satisfied with the overall experience at BMW of Mountain View. Post purchase there was an issue with the vehicle. Harvey went to bat for me and the issue is being resolved, no questions asked.

After shopping for a new BMW for about a month and not getting straight offers from several dealers close to our home, we decided to call BMW of Mountain View. We were looking for a specific car, a metallic silver iX 60 with black interior and a heads up display. We located one at BMW of Mountain View which is about 100 miles from our home. One dealer close to us even told us that the car being advertised "wasn't available any longer." One phone call to Cesar Guzman Barona at BMW of Mountain View and about 5 minutes of negotiating later and we were in our car to go buy the "non available" car from Cesar at BMW of Mountain View! Cesar was extremely kind and helpful, as was Nick in finance. In the end, they both helped us negotiate a much better deal than any of the dealers closer to our home. We ended up with exactly the car we wanted, with a lot more "extras" than we dreamed of, for a much better overall price. The negotiations were fair, straight forward and quick. We easily reached a deal and a short time later, we had to make the "long trek home" in brand new BMW (twist my arm)! The whole process was great and we are loving the car. Post sales, Cesar has been in touch with me several times by email and by phone. He has answered questions and has offered his assistance any time going forward to help us learn about all of the features on our new car. We couldn't be more pleased with his consistent follow-up and help. The car itself is a dream. It's super quick, nimble and just plain fun to drive. It is also whisper quiet, so you can really enjoy the company, the music and the drive. We are also loving all of the features from the auto-drive, auto park capabilities to the sound system and everything inbetween. We expect to enjoy the car for many years. We can't say enough good things about Cesar at BMW of Mountain View and we highly recommend him if you're looking to treat yourself to a great new car!

2022 BMW X3 review
It's all about the B58 in the M40i. I dinged it one star on comfort because this little SUV rides quite "sporty" even in Comfort mode. I absolutely love this about the car, but I could see how some would feel this is too harsh as it is not a luxurious, cushy ride. But tuck this little beast into a fast corner and it's just...wow! This little German SUV is a sleeper. While the X3M is very nice, the M40i is the perfect balance in my opinion. BMW has really stepped up their game in the X3.

2025 BMW X3 review
I absolutely love this car. Sleek design, very sharp looking. Drives like a dream. It takes a bit to learn where controls are for dash but, once you got it down, its easy.

2023 BMW X3 review
Love it. Car is comfy, quick and the wonderful B58 Twin-Scroll Turbo I6 makes all the right noises! Awesome daily driver. Period! Interior has all of the amenities you could ever ask for. Ride is luxury-oriented but also can grip & RIP through the corners, almost as well as any sports sedan out there pretty much.

i am a new buyer so i went there first because i heard very good things about carmax...they are excellent in the cars they sale...no dealing with the annoying cars sales men...there you go with an idea of a car and get it...well hopefully because they dont have a big inventory so before you go check the website...they littelly have all the cars they have so you dont waste time looking for one...bad thing :( when you have a car you want... dont hisatate...because before u know it its gone... i have lost about 5 cars for histateting...well i was looking at the car value in kelly blue book and when i was ready to buy it (with in one day) it was gone!!! so DONT HISATATE!!!
