The buying part was fine and the car is fine. What bugged me was getting three separate calls about an extended warranty after I'd already said no twice at the desk. I get that it's the business but come on. Aside from that I have nothing bad to say, the Escape has been great and the price was right. Just say no firmly and move on.

VML Motors Quality Pre-OwnedReviews
VML Motors Quality Pre-Owned review
If you're in the market for a reliable BMW, look no further than VML Motors — and ask for Mike. From the very first conversation, we built a great rapport. He was upfront and transparent throughout the entire process, sharing detailed photos and videos of the car before I even set foot on the lot. The whole buying experience was seamless, and I drove the car home almost the same day. During the paperwork, I had the pleasure of meeting Mike's parents — and they were just as wonderful as he is. Two of the most down-to-earth people you'll ever meet. It's easy to see where Mike gets it from. They've raised a truly blessed family, and I wish them nothing but the best and endless prosperity. What really sets Mike apart, though, is what happened after the sale. He stayed in touch, checked in on how the car was doing, and when I mentioned some steering wheel vibration — likely an alignment or tire balance issue — he offered to cover the cost of fixing it without hesitation. That kind of generosity is rare in this industry, and it speaks volumes about his character. Most dealerships move on the moment the deal is signed. Mike genuinely cares about his customers long after the paperwork is done. When I'm ready for my next BMW, I already know exactly where I'm going and who I'm calling.

Fast Track Motors review
I had an excellent experience at Fast Track Motors. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to understand what I was looking for and helped me find a vehicle that fit my needs and budget perfectly. The buying process was smooth, transparent, and pressure-free. I appreciated how clearly everything was explained, and there were no hidden fees or surprises. The vehicle I purchased was in great condition, clean, and exactly as advertised. What really stood out was their customer service—responsive, professional, and honest. Even after the sale, they followed up to ensure I was happy with my purchase and answered any questions I had. I highly recommend Fast Track Motors to anyone looking for a quality vehicle and a dealership that truly cares about its customers. I’ll definitely be returning for future purchases!

Kearns Motor Car Co. review
Noubar was very easy to work with and communicated quickly with me with any questions I had. They provided a hassle-free rental until my car was ready for pick up. Low pressure atmosphere at the dealership and they seem back up their cars by being up front with history and fix anything that needs to be fixed before you drive off with vehicle. They delivered my vehicle to me and the delivery driver was super friendly and on time. would buy a car from here again.

Was driving in the area yesterday in the afternoon , hit a massive pothole and was stuck with a blown tire. I am not from the area and had never visited the dealer. The people in the service department could have not been nicer! They helped reach a tow company, got my vehicle into the shop , replaced my flat and back on the road within an hour! A+++ service . Could not be happier and will return for service when back in the area.

Princeton BMWReviews
Princeton BMW review
Gregor Van Sise was my advisor. He was absolutely amazing. I have never bought a BMW before. I will only buy a BMW going forward. He made the experience. He is BMW. Every bone in my body dreaded buying a car. He was kind, thoughtful, and caring. We have owned Mercedes and Audi's prior to coming to Princetown BMW. I will never go back to them. Kristina Melendy was our finance consultant. She was unbelievable. She listened to what our needs were. She asked a lot of questions and was extremely knowledgeable. The dealership was very busy. However, I never felt rushed. Both of your employees took the time to help us in any way they can. Many dealerships can learn a lesson from both of these outstanding human beings. Kristina talked about how much she loves working at BMW and how honored she feels to work in such a positive environment. Gregor talked about all the training and support he gets from an unbelievable company. I have worked at Gap Inc and was the director of stores for 11 years. I understand customer service at its core. You are a very lucky company to have employees like both of these. You also have a customer for life with this wonderful adventure. I will promise to tell everyone I know and especially people looking to buy cars.
