No pressure tactics, just recommended options. I chose to authorize several of them. Excellent friendly customer service from start to finish, great facilities, excellent communication, quick repairs, and fair pricing. They even provided a free shuttle service and washed my truck. I have been avoiding dealerships for maintenance service, but that is going to change now that I found one that I trust.
