Mercedes-Benz of Augusta review
We were so appreciative of a loaner car while service was being done because we are from out of town however, I wish communication had been better on how long it would be if we got a loaner car. I didn't realize that the customers were waiting in the lobby. will get serviced before customers who got a loaner car even though we had appointmen at 11. My car was not finished until 530. When I called to make an appointment, I asked how much service would be on my car. I was quoted a price of $259. However, when I got my bill, it was $408.

I was very surprised how everyone i encountered was willing to help. Anna was my sales person she was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and attentive. She took care of my needs in regards to the purchase of the car and other necessities like car insurance, she did it all with a warm smile. I ran into a glitch with my purchased and they when I feel above and beyond. Walked away with a very nice purchased and a wonderful experience. I liked the location it was easy to find and surrounded by a small community. The interior was very pleasant and relaxed. Thank you

My client advisor Jimmy Quinteros has changed my mind about continuing to receive services through this dealership. It was nice to not have those biased feelings that are always getting in the way of me patronizing this business.
