I brought my car in for a battery check and swap out if required. I had an appointment time and my car was received promptly. Work was done and completed as expected. The Service Advisor ( Stanley ) was incredible! He kept me updated and was extremely customer focused as well as attentive to the repairs being performed. It was one of the best experiences I have had at the dealership. My assessment is that Stanley has a bright future. He has only been a service advisor for a short time but his interactions were far beyond his timeline in the job. Very impressive!!

Jim Hudson Ford review
Purchased a new Ford escape today. We were immediately met by a wonderful sales person named AJ Johnson. She was extremely helpful and helping my wife and I find the perfect car. The weather was terrible. It was cold and raining but it didn't stop AJ from going out into the lot and bringing back cars for us to test drive. She was very knowledgeable in numerous vehicles, and answered all our questions. She made us feel very comfortable. On a scale of one to 10, AJ was a perfect 10.

This was one of the easiest car buying experiences I have ever had. Everyone was amazing from start to finish. Chris went above and beyond to make sure everything was seamless and stress-free. Eddie in finance was perfection—he made the entire process smooth, clear, and efficient. Every step of the way, the team was professional, helpful, and genuinely cared about making this a great experience. Highly recommend!!!

Great sales staff from top to bottom. Very friendly, but professional. Salesman that took care of me was very accommodating while going through the contractual steps. Management was easy going explaining various options between financing and leasing. Finance manager also very easy to work with. I've purchased a lot of vehicles and jt's dealership one of the best.

Mario was very helpful & attentive. I ended up buying a car from a friend but if I hadn't I would definitely want to work with Mario again. BTW I've never been to the lot so I can't really rate that. I did notice that the prices were higher than other lots.
