I have bought my last 4 BMW's from Germain. Had a horrible experience will trying to get a new car last summer. David Walker put me in contact with Chris Nast a couple of months ago. Best experience i have ever had getting my new vehicle. For me service is the big issue for me after the sale. Chuck Griffith is one of the best in the game. I know my car will be taken care of and I never need to follow up. Had an issue with the new one and both Chuck and Chris went above and beyond to get it taken care of for me.
